The only reason I didn’t give 5⭐️ is because there was major construction (new building) RIGHT next door to the location/lock box, so the truck was parked across 4 lanes of traffic & a block down. I’m familiar with the neighborhood so it wasn’t a problem for me, but can see if someone that wasn’t would have an issue. A heads up would’ve been helpful. Also my pick up location was changed the day before, but an agent found another close location so it still worked out. All around + experience.

I was mistreated so poorly at pickup because the were misrepresenting the location that I decided to not move forward with the rental and the area manager has been harassing me and committed credit card fraud and charged me for thousands of miles of use when I drove around the block

RONALD MVehicle was a drop off parked on a busy street. Key were removed from the night drop off box and initially given to the wrong customer. It wasn't clean and the fuel wasn't full.
Kirk MMy process was quick and efficient. Truck was ready and clean. The U-haul attendant even checked to make sure the mirrors were positioned well for me.
