Vehicle was a drop off parked on a busy street. Key were removed from the night drop off box and initially given to the wrong customer. It wasn't clean and the fuel wasn't full.
Kirk MMy process was quick and efficient. Truck was ready and clean. The U-haul attendant even checked to make sure the mirrors were positioned well for me.
