I pre ordered my UHaul and did the contactless pickup. When I arrived the owner couldn't find my reservation and had to wait 25 minutes to be handed a key. When I walked to the trucks at the front of the store, none of they keys worked. I went back in and he walked me out the back door of the market and told me it was one of these 10 trucks. I had to use the key to figure out which of the 10 it was. After finally finding it - there was no gas in the truck at startup. Very poor customer service and experience.Brian B.

I called and talked to representative who advised me what to do and said my card wouldn't be charged until I talked to someone the next business day and the mileage issue was squared away. Tried calling location before arriving but no answer. Reserved a van and arrived and informed van was not working so had to rent box truck which meant more expensive mileage. I did not have this in my budget but needed to get things moved. 1 hour after having truck I received a text that truck was due to be back in 2 hours. I neede 3 hours. Tried to contact location 4 times. No answer. Finally called uhaul customer service to resolve issue.meera R.

The woman who helped me was great. My only complaint is that i rented a 10 foot truck, but it was not available at the moment. I was given a 20 foot truck, which allowed me to do what i needed to do, but was not what i was comfortable driving, and was not accounted for in my budget when planning.MEREDITH J.

I denied extra insurance coverage and it was forced on my bill and my signature was forged. I will have to file a police report for the forgery. This location will scam you. Do not use this location! Uhaul please read the 100s of reviews about this location scamming people, I wish i did. It is unacceptable to allow this criminal behavior soil your company name. To Uhaul We were charged for two items that we did not get. Yes we got a credit for it. We were told we would get a text telling us how to pickup our van. No text came. Our reservation was at 7:30am. Because there was no text sent for the pickup we eventually called the 1800 number for help. The person walked us through the non personnel pickup as we have never done this before. We always have a person on pickup and drop off. So instead of living the pick up point at 7:45 we did not get out until 8:53. We asked for 24 hour rental. Your facility gave us less than a 8 hour rental. We had to call to get a drop off information. We eneddd up making 3 calls to Uhaul to even get our truck. Then another 4 calls because of the pick up and drop of. These when we talked about the credit and our pick up problem we had to call 4 times. We were passed from person to person. We live in Maineville, Oh and they sent us to a person in Memphis. I do not like how we were treated as one of your folks Judy blew off our problems. We have Uhaul many times and Ave never had any problems. Why this time? Uhaul did not follow through on what they promised. We are asking for compensation or that our next truck rental be free. I was overcharged in my contract. I have not selected safe movers coverage during my uhaul order but the charge appeared on my contract. The person making the contract was not present at the location but was preparing the it over the phone. He did some modifications in my order to include the insurance components and didn't even ask to review the approx charge while picking up. Worst experience ever to pay even more than the large Items worth which I was trying to move to my home.ANAY R.

My car was towed away while I rented your truck and your comment is that was a private tow away zone . That's irresponsible response from uhaul when you conduct business at that location you must designate lots meant for uhaul clients which you failed to do and now running away from taking responsibility for the issue happened to me because of your fault.Rajesh V.

The truck I rented had a warning light on from the moment I acquired the vehicle. Not exactly sure what the warning light was specific to, but it was clear this truck has not been well maintained. While clean and nothing wrong with the interior, the truck would shimmy any time the speed would exceed 55 mph. This made it more difficult for highway driving. The location for pickup and drop off is not very conducive for truck rentals as the primary business is a small, local grocery store.MICHAEL G.

My truck was almost given away to someone else because the line was taking too long and there was a huge miscommunication with the store rep and the next customer in line. I was in line for over 25 minutes just to receive my keys and received a call from uhaul to confirm I was in the building (which I was,) and uhaul never called the store rep back to confirm I was there and waiting in line. It was a mess of a situation and I will likely rent a uhaul from somewhere else next time.Caitlin F.
