I would never rent from this location again if possible. Store was not open as advertised, operator gave no receipts and could not answer questions or concerns about billing. I was just glad the van was as promised although he couldn’t figure out how to apply my vip credit.

I called and had rented a truck at the Loveland location. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said closed Friday and Saturday. I called back and was told by the girl on the phone"oh yes, I see that here. Then I was directed to the El Michano location. The sign on the door said open 9 AM. I t was 9:20 am and no one there. I finally went next door to a restaurant and they called the guy at El Michano. He said he would be there at 10. Showed up at 10:20. Then couldn't get the computer to work. Totally shotty service and will most likely never use again.

I was charged $7 for a dolly but there was no dolly inside the van. I mentioned this in the chat that there was no dolly but still I was charged.

Frustrating!! Bill question. 40.00 more than thought from original bill. Today trying to call customer service hold 20 min then she was unable to help me then forward to someone else , too long on hold again had to hang up.

Pickup was to be at 9:00a.m. Store was locked up and only after calling UHaul 800 number did they show up at 10:00. Burned an hour in the parking lot. Returned van, their printer didn't work. No receipt. Said they would email and they didn't. Checked my credit card the next day and they billed me more than $100 over what it should have been. Good thing I took pictures of rental screen when I picked it up, dashboard showing mileage and fuel level both at pick up and drop off, and gas receipt. Called 800 number when I saw the charges and they are crediting the difference. Only redeeming factor with this whole mess was nice person on 800 line.
