The person I checked out with didn't have much of a clue about what he was doing. He had to get on the phone with his manager to answer my questions or even to check out the truck to me. When he did, he didn't explain anything, didn't have me sign or read anything, just handed me some keys. I asked where to bring the truck back to, and he said just to bring it back here when I was done with it. The problem was that it was a one-way rental to an entirely different state. He said just to "take it to a Uhaul." The truck wasn't clean, and it was under 1/2 a tank of gas. So then when I returned it with under 1/2 tank of gas, I had to pay for the tank to be filled. A complete scam. I reached out to Uhaul twice and never heard back.

Made an online reservation to pick up the trailer at 2:00 pm for a 1 day rental. Arrived 20 minutes early and was charged a 2 day rental. The owner of the establishment didn't tell me he was going to charge and additional day for being 20 minutes early, otherwise I would have just waited 20 mintues to complete the rental transaction. I didn't know he charged the extra day until I looked at my receipt and noticed the additional charges. I questio ed about the charge being more than the original quote and that is when told me he charged the additional day rental for being 20 minutes early. He told me that he would credit the additional day charge if I retuned the trailer within 24 hours. I returned the trailer within 8 hours and the owner did issue a credit. I just feel he should have communicated that an extra day rental was going to be charged for being 20 minutes early for my pickup. Had I not acknowledged my awareness of the extra day charge, I'm not sure it would have gotten credited.

darrell bThis was the worst pickup and most unprofessional location.I was assured a UHaul employee would connect the trailer to my truck. The convenience store employee there did not know how to do that and also took 45 mins of phone calls to find my paid for reservation. The trailer was covered in mud which I got all over my hands and clothes in my multiple attempts to connect the trailer and load my car after watching yourube how-to videos in the parking lot. If the employees had any knowledge of what to do… I don’t know because he had to return inside to prevent shop-lifting in his store. UHaul wasted two hours of my limited time during an already stressful move… this should have taken 15 mins max if this location actually were run properly.
TIMOTHY TPerson was on the phone most of the time I was there , they stopped helping me to sell lottery tickets to someone else, they didn’t check my hookup they just had me take a picture them show them . No help getting hooked up and since trailer didn’t have a jack it’s hard to hook it up by yourself. I have had the no help experience at 2 U-Haul location and I will be looking at alternatives in the future.

MICHAEL HOwner at the pickup location was very rude to my husband and there were multiple fights in the store during the short period of time my husband was there to pick up and drop off. We were also scheduled to drop off at a different location but the owner wouldn't let us and made us make the extra drive to bring it back.

Kenneth HThe grossest thing I’ve seen!! Upfront where passengers sit is covered in vomit and sticky stuff. I could not even move my stuff because the back of the U-Haul was full of grease. Drove it 6 miles and got charged almost $75 couldn’t even use it!

We filled it up to 3/4 of a tank and when I arrived he said it has 7/8 and charged me $18 to get it back to 7/8! It was a terrible experience and I will never go back there again

Is beside a very poorly rated hotel. Unfortunately. I didn’t have another option there at the time. So I took it anyway. Had to clean it out. Spray it out with a hose. It will be the last time I use this location.

Cindy RI ordered a 5x8, trailer, 6 blankets, and a dolly. All was set. Upon trailer pickup, I was informed that NO BLANKETS and NO DOLLY were available. Being under time pressure, I then wasted time to locate, ON A SUNDAY MORNING, another UHaul location en-route, to procure blankets at the very least. DAYTON Ohio location took care of me nicely. I am done renting from EZMart in Xenia Ohio.
Stuart ZThe truck was dirty. There was grass and debris in the passenger area both sides and the cargo area was not swept out. Even worse—both rear tires air was low—not! There is no way they didn’t know because I could not properly notate the truck’s mileage. If I did not have an emergency situation I would not have taken that truck and would have canceled the reservation on the spot. Totally disappointed this was U-Haul.

Jessenia OWhen we picked the truck up it was supposed to be drop box but had to go into store. They had a hard time speaking English. Opening the back door there was wet blankets left in the trailer and they stunk. When we returned the truck we advised the lady and all she was concerned about is if we used them. I just wanted to let her know they left them back there wet and it stunk. No concerns from her about that. She treated us like we was trying to pull something over on her. Maybe she didn’t understand what I was saying I don’t know.

The lady told me to take it somewhere to drop it off. And went back behind her desk. I will never use this location again.
Rick BI had an awful experience with this location. I dropped off the U-Haul after putting fuel in to the mark that I was supposed to fill it. The gentleman at EZ Stop didn’t bother go to out to the truck, he just had me take a picture and then took a picture of my picture. He then got on the phone and said I was good to go. 5 hours later, I then was charged a fuel charge even though I put fuel in the truck to the level it was supposed to be at. I highly don’t recommend renting or dropping off U-Hauls at this location.
