Owner at the pickup location was very rude to my husband and there were multiple fights in the store during the short period of time my husband was there to pick up and drop off. We were also scheduled to drop off at a different location but the owner wouldn't let us and made us make the extra drive to bring it back.

Kenneth HThe grossest thing I’ve seen!! Upfront where passengers sit is covered in vomit and sticky stuff. I could not even move my stuff because the back of the U-Haul was full of grease. Drove it 6 miles and got charged almost $75 couldn’t even use it!
Emily MThe interior of the truck was filthy. I signed nothing in order to get the vehicle. It had 3/4 of tank of gas when I left. We ran the gas down to half a tank. We filled it up to 3/4 of a tank and when I arrived he said it has 7/8 and charged me $18 to get it back to 7/8! It was a terrible experience and I will never go back there again
