How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location is a convenient store, not a dedicated Uhaul location. It worked for my needs of dropping off the rented truck. Customer service was average. Will likely use this location to drop off a future rental truck or trailer.
Renee Psupplies requested were not available at pickup location this caused time constraints and risked damage to equipment being moved. personel seemed obligated to be helpful.
Nathan GThe employees need to learn English. The person working when we returned the trailer kept asking for the milage and a picture of the fuel gage. None of which apply to a trailer rental. Would drive back to Springfield to the place downtown before I rent from EZ mart.
Kenneth BOrdered a utility dolly and got there and didn’t have one. Was driving and it started to rain and wiper messed up, so pulled over to fix and than truck wouldn’t start. It ended up with the connection needed to be tightened. Than wiper fell off again. When I took it back they asked if I took a pic of mileage and gas reading and had me go back outside to take pic. Will never go back there.
