The employees need to learn English. The person working when we returned the trailer kept asking for the milage and a picture of the fuel gage. None of which apply to a trailer rental. Would drive back to Springfield to the place downtown before I rent from EZ mart.

Ordered a utility dolly and got there and didn’t have one. Was driving and it started to rain and wiper messed up, so pulled over to fix and than truck wouldn’t start. It ended up with the connection needed to be tightened. Than wiper fell off again. When I took it back they asked if I took a pic of mileage and gas reading and had me go back outside to take pic. Will never go back there.
Trisha DThe “employee” there was cold and unpleasant. I asked for a receipt and he told me I don’t get one. Also he had the audacity to tell me I need to back in the truck in a tight spot after I placed it next to 2 other U-Haul trucks. He didn’t even know what was in the parking lot. That’s not my job.
Jennifer Ctruck was dirty only had barely over the 1/4 line. I didn't touch what blankets were in bag and there was no dolly even tho when I checked out it asked if I broke tabs. When I checked in to pick up truck couldn't upload photos so I had to call. atremdant in quick stop didn't speak english and couldn't help at all
