This place was never opened when they said they would be. Actually they weren't opened the whole day when I was supposed to accept my vehicle. Also my rental equipment was not available for me during my online check in. Only the truck was therewayland N.

I was trying to rent one-way but the website made the reservation round-trip, meaning I had to drive the empty truck back to my starting point! Not this location's fault, but the UHaul website system ended up costing me twice as much gas and mileage fees!Maria E.

Truck was clean. Well maintained not even close. The horn did not work, cruise control didn't work, heavy exhaust leak, crack in transmission hose- in which I pointed all of this out n was told to run it there was no other trucks close by. But was told 5x by Uhaul corporate I needed to switch out trucks because the horn was a safety issue. Not that the other items wereJason C.
The staff was 30 minutes late to open business. The truck they rented us had a tire that was completely slick and bubble on the inside. It was the back passenger inside tire. My husband is disabled and I have a heart condition, so we were not able to climb down under truck to inspect. It was an hour later of travel that I drove behind him in the car that I noticed something looked wrong with the tire. We pulled over at the Uhaul in Ruidosa Downs to seek help/ We were told they did not have a tire and to call Uhaul roadside assistance. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes telling me to go online that it would be much faster. I hung up and went online to fill out the problem., and was told someone would get right with me. I waited 15 minutes, and called again and pushed the prompt that it was an accident or collision (In the hopes I could get someone to help us). Lo and behold someone answered almost immediately. I was able to speak to some who I gave information to (which they got all wrong). They assured me they would get someone right on it. 20 minutes later I was told someone would be there in 60 to 90 minutes When the tire man called he was told we were in Roswell, which is where he was located. He said he could not call anyone closer and he would be 90 minutes. I called the tire shop after 90 minutes and they said he was 5 miles away. Waited 15 minutes and the driver called and asked where we were, as they had also given him the wrong address. He finally arrived 15 minutes later. We had been waiting at this location for 4 hours, which had no customer amenities. They unlocked the door so I could use the machine shop restroom. nasty! Needless to say we did not make our destination that day and had to stay in a hotel. We were given an extra day on the truck but have not been reimbursed for the unexpected expense of the hotel.Ben G.

The customer service was very unorganized with communication I was supposed to recieve a 26 ft u haul recieved a 20 ft last min and then the trucks transmission is very bad had to make 2 trips due to the shorter size of truck which made us pay more in mileageMaria H.

Tire on car transport blew. Left me stranded on the highway on the right side of the road for 3 hours before help came from uhaul. The side mirror on the driver's side shakes to much when you drive. I had to drive 70 miles just to pick up the uhaul truck & car transportMERCEDES M.

The initial location I picked was changed to eagle auto center. This location was out of my way and ultimately cost me more money and time to go to and from. There was also a mouse in the bed of the truck that stayed in the vehicle the entire time. I returned the truck and it was still in the bedMary Ann P.

First I was given keys to wrong unit which only came to light when I verified the mileage...so I had to go back to the office and start over with another unit. The guy who was working there was working on vehicles in the back shop and acted like I was an inconvenience. I had made reservation at a different dealer location but they didn't have a truck when I got there. So they sent me to see the guy who I had to play musical trucks with. All in all it was OK but I won't deal with Eagle Auto Center again.Dennis B.
This truck was not looked over at all before we got it. I heard a clunking from the front suspension but thought maybe it was a minor thing like a sway bar link. Once the truck was loaded and we were on the road it would shake starting at 15 mph and get worse as we accelerated. It was not at all ready to be driven and was very unsafe. We had no choice but to drive our ten hour drive this way because it was already fully loaded and we did not want to transfer it to another truck. This reflects very poorly on the quality control of the pick up location. We absolutely could have died and it was the worst ten hour drive of my life. If I put my teeth together lightly while driving it was shaking and vibrating so bad my teeth were chattering. Super unsafe and life threatening. My worst Uhaul experience ever!James S.
Equipment was clean, but...... alignment was way off the the truck. The whole trip I had to struggle to keep it in my lane. Once in a while it would just jerk to one side. I almost smacked into cars 3 different times. I Probably should have called it in when I first noticed it but I was already loaded up and on my way. I didn't have a day to waste on a new truck and help transferring boxes and heavy shit to the next truck.Jesse T.

I don't have any complaints, therefore I'm not sure of a recommendation for improvement. This location's hours are the best in our area. If everyone works 9-5, how are your customers able to rent anything if you're open 10-4? Very satisfied with the customer service at this location, they get it, availability outside of the regular 9-5. The Owner/Manager was really easy to talk to and had some great advice as well!Christopher M.

the location is great and the customer services. But in another note U-Haul itself doesn't know how to take care there customers because they charge costumers with out letting them know. How are you going to get charged from somewhere different then your state where you live for example you rent something in Texas and you get charge for something in Washington that don't make any sense and when you call to fix it they tell you "oh sorry but is going to take 3 to 5 business for a refund". when its not even your fault. so I will never rent anything from you guys ever again unless I pay cash, like that they cant fuck my bank account with a bunch of overdraft charges.....Jesse M.
