This was not the original location. I requested a 20’ truck but after I got to alamagordo I was told none were available but I could have a 26’ for the same price. It was a nice offer but I couldn’t get a 26 ‘ into the pickup area. The store also closed from noon to 1;30 so I had to pick up earlier than I wanted which complicated drop off. I needed a 20’ truck, I left behind 5’ of stuff and will have to make another trip!! The personel were helpful and congenial, no complaints about the service at the location, just couldn’t get what I needed.

The car was dirty had Mac and cheese still in there when picked up. Also they lied about the gas gauge so you would be double charged. The online gauge showed and the actual gauge is different hence they will double change you. Also called one day before saying truck you want won’t be available so you have to make multiple trips which will cost you more. Plus dolly I ordered wasn’t there and was told this at pickup . Worst experience ever!!! encountered.
