He didnt tell me there was an after hours process fee, which is odd because I told him I could drop it off the following morning during reg hours. so I didnt appreciate that, especially since they didnt check in the truck until the next day when they got to office. there wasnt clear directions on site on where to leave the truck on site after hours.Brian S.

I was disappointed in the first rental in Lansing MI on US 27. The trailer was not the correct trailer for what we needed to transport. The tail gate was not 6" long to put my Gator in the trailer. I will say Lansing people directed us to Williamston for the correct 6x12" trailer.CHERYL KAY R.

What made my experience bad, in decreasing order of priority: Android app is completely broken. Upon uploading a photo, it loops back to the beginning of any workflows, preventing the checkout or return of any equipment. If I wasn't with someone who happened to own an iPhone, I would be on the clock for an additional day and an additional trip back to the facility. According to Play Store reviews, it has been broken with the same problem I encountered since at least April 2 (posting as of May 1). Called my insurance agent who personally confirmed that my collision coverage followed me on to vans but not box trucks. U-Haul employee refused to remove CDW on van. This charge only appears after you've checked in at the facility, and specifically declined coverage. The bait-and-switch tactics need to stop. Online reservations are a pain. You must click through 6(!) pitches for add-ons with skip buttons in tiny text before you make a reservation.Evan D.

I had great costumer service but was disappointed with the up keep of the truck. I was forced to drive and extra 25 miles in total 50 because the steering wheel had play/ was loose. I don't think making someone pay for faulty equipment is fair. Specially with Uhaul's logo being â€œTo provide a better and better product and service to more and more customers at a lower and lower cost". Once again great service but the product wasn't better and forced me to pay a higher price. Please refund me for the extra 50 miles I had to drive because of your not so better product. The online check in was ridiculously slow. I was waiting for approval for 35 minutes when I picked up truck. I asked the guy if this was normal. He was extremely helpful and checked me in through his computer instead. My only complaint is that updating or improvements need to be made for the online pick up process.Korinna W.
