The only thing I can think of is some signage or prenotification that the office is in the back right of the lot behind the wash bays. Everything else about the experience is easy peasy.

Carol CI cannot say enough good things about our experience. The gentleman who was working at this location on Saturday afternoon around 3:30-4:30 pm truly went above and BEYOND to make sure we were set. Worked with us to get what we needed, when we needed it, and for a price that was within our budget. I will never go to another U-haul location because of this experience, despite me getting a family discount at a different location.
Kiana KU-Haul has some good equipment and services. The down side is service tends to vary by location. So I’ll continue to use the guys in Williamston even if the location is out of my way for some things. Great guys, convenient knowledgeable and no nonsense.
