The location is part of a corner store. He was polite but also said - “Let’s see if I have space for this truck”. After I was sent this location which had originally changed from the location I picked. He did end up taking the truck in the end
FRANCIS RI have been overcharged for fuel. They put extra 2 gallons wheras I have filled up car to where It was when I took it.
GRZEGORZ MThese small shops that also rent U-Hauls are not very useful, no additional items to rent/purchase, the employees are of little help setting up or performing a walk-through.
JOHN NThe employee was late, so the store didn't open until 15 minutes after I was scheduled to pick up the truck. He was extremely slow with the paperwork and very difficult to understand. He asked for information on my friends that were with me, but didn't have anything to do with the rental. I was finally able to leave with the truck an hour after I was planning. People were waiting for me at my house to help move.

DAVID DWe had a reservation and had the actual reservation number and when we got there, they said that they couldn’t find it on their computer so we had to redo it online and then it ended up costing us double of what it was because they didn’t have the right truck there

Alfred PMy truck was in the lot but previous yes user turned it in late and thus the keys were in the return lock box. I had to wait an hour and a 1/2 for the store to open and get me my truck. Cashier was not real knowledgeable and barely spoke english. Had to seek help several times from his boss or co-worker. He was about to send me out with the back hatch locked. When I was returning the truck using the online functionality he grabbed my keys from me and started his own checkout process even though I had just finished the online processing. But luckily the truck was in good shape and clean and did the trick for my move and was easy to return until he intervened.
WILLIAM BI rented the trailer thinking it was only a 24 hour rental and to find out I think it was for three days. It would’ve been nice to know that when I rented it, I would’ve taken more time to get home.

Cortez ARented a tow dolly that was supposed to cost about 50 dollars. Instead, a $157 charge was made against my credit card. The district manager, Kevin, corrected the problem so all turned out well. Had to wait for a credit of $100 back to my account but I finally got it.

DAVID AThis is a small grocery store. The person responsible to inspect the rental equipment was not present and I was instructed by another employee to just park the trailer and I would get email receipt later.

Canon MI brought it back early thinking I was going to get a reimbursement. The store owner was rude and snappy less than helpful. Isn’t even check the trailer in for 6 days so then Uhaul contacted me about my past due rental when it had just been sitting there for almost a week. Worst experience with Uhaul ever!!!!!!
