The first thing that can be done is actually having the product reserved be available at the reserved time. I reserved a 10, and there was only a 20 available. That means more gas and different parking. The second is having a vendor that knows how to properly process the payment. I have at least 5 receipts which did damage to my bank account. I was at the location for over an hour because he did not know what he was doing. If I had known, or taken a friend’s suggestion I would have used another location or company. The next thing U-Haul should have done is have the vendor do a walk-through inspection of the items. The link that the customer is supposed to do was not available. Therefore, if there was damage to the equipment it would have been my word against U-Haul words.

I only rented it for two hours—so why did you charge me a full $91? I picked it up at 2:00 PM and returned it at 4:00 PM. I specifically said I only needed it for two hours, but the owner told me to just rent it for the full day, promising that if I returned it early, they would reduce the price. Yet now, you've still charged me the full $91.
THUC TI was billed for safe tow even though I decided it. When I got the invoice it had an email on there to contact for issues. The email bounced back as undeliverable.
