The only issue I had was the truck indicator light needed the oil changed but I'm sure that they might have noticed that when they checked it out and probably beginning it changed sometime this week.William M.

Pretty small, unassuming glass shop that's off the beaten path. Showed up a little early & vehicle was already cleaned & fueled. Old-school check in, very personal service; Daryl later left a courteous follow-up voicemail explaining a billing question. Would absolutely rent here again!Joanie H.

Truck was filthy and clearly not swept. Trash behind the driver seat and in the cargo area (old cardboard, towels). Truck had less than 1/8th of a tank of gas, which isn't awful but certainly less then ideal. I was told that if I return it with any greater than 1/8th of a tank I would be reimbursed the cost of fuel. I later found out this was not accurate and really frustratingDaniel W.

There was a hook up they should have been installed that allowed the trailer to stop in case it became disengaged. We were informed by the drop off location in Moscow because he was surprised it was missing.GARY T.
This dealer was closest to the hotel because we had to walk. The pick up was scheduled, however upon arrival, no one was there to complete the rental. We went to another location only to be told that this dealer was closed for lunch between 12-1, and that we would need to go back to get the truck. I signed off on the contract, got in the truck and the truck had no gas in it. I called to let them know to mark it as empty and I had to take it to the gas station as soon as possible. The process was a bit messy, but worked out for what we needed it for.Natalie M.

Provide more accurate vehicle availability information online, and also between rental sites. The online system said no pickup trucks available this week. On multiple successive days, the Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK store told me there should be a vehicle available "tomorrow." But when I came back, they didn't have one. They would not allow me to reserve the expected available vehicle on the previous day. I finally was able to rent a vehicle at the Second St., Fairbanks, AK location, when the Airport Way store thought to check availability at other stores. The Second St. store had available vehicles on the previous days, but I was not aware of them. Those vehicles were not rented on those days, because customers were not directed to them (either online or by other local stores). Uhaul probably can do better than that. Thank you.Warren W.

For a long distance haul, the truck was in poor condition,no cruise,no power for hills much less for the mountains. Not a full bench seat made for uncomfortable ride for the middle person. Windshield wiper blades were worn out and torn. Manuel windows and door locks. No running boards made it hard to get in and out of. Very hard and miserable 3000 mile move with this truck. The only good thing was the tires were in good shape.Doris A.

With the truck share app, everything was super easy! With the covid19 happening, there was no need to come in contact with people either. Just a couple of photos and some other easy info and I was on my way.Alexis G.
They rented us a 26 foot uhaul with a bald tire, moving from Alaska to Ohio. My husband pointed out the bald tire to the man at the garage and he said, oh it will be fine, people drive out of here with tires like that all the time; its not that bald. The tire blew in the middle of nowhere in Canada and my husband waited a total of 6 hours for someone to come change it out because that was the closest place to where we were. When we got settled in our new house and contacted Uhaul about this problem, we were told we would be receiving a full refund. However, after Uhaul had contacted him, the gentleman at Eagle Garage completely denied that he had done that, saying he would never send anyone out with a tire like that. What a liar. So, based on this liar's story, we did not receive a full refund. We received a small amount, but not what we were told. We were incredibly disappointed with them and their lack of integrity. Uhaul really should be doing a better job screening who they have carrying their business's name.RYAN K.

Make sure the equipment is in good working condition including the LIGHTS! These people have no business running a Uhaul dealership. They are a taxi company and need to stick with being a taxi company. Had to take my jacked up equipment to the dealership on airport road in Fairbanks and trade it out for some that actually could make the trip to Alabama.GERALD H.

I've spent a lot of money with uhaul over this past year and unfortunately, I had two flat tires at the same time that I couldn't get fixed because everybody is so busy putting on winter tires and because I had a trailer longer than I was supposed to and didn't have the funds in the account that she was trying to charge, she threatened to report the trailer stolen. That pisses me off. I was already having a hard time with being stranded, I did not need her threatening me. I knew I had that trailer and I knew I needed to return it and pay the bill and I did. I didn't need her threatening me to make me return it. I will not use that location again.charlotte C.

I placed a Reservation for a 6Ã—12 trailer and recieved confirmation. 2 days later I recieved a call stating that the trailer was not available but a small 5x8 trailer was available. I had to take the smaller trailer and and leave several items behind from not having enough room. I still dont know what I'm going to do with the items I left behind. I would like the items to be shipped from Fairbanks Alaska to Dayton Ohio. I can't afford the gas and time off for another driving trip from Alaska. I need some help because of this event. Sarah was absolutely wonderful after having a stressful experience to start. I had gotten a call same day for my reservation that the location had been changed. This was the second time my reservation had been changed on the same day of the move and I was given quite the run around trying to figure out what was going on. Sarah at Eagle Garage was phenominal upon arrival and had my rental ready to go as well as was willing to talk to me about the $50 money back for reservations that aren't like the original. I had talked to someone in Anchorage about that and never received the email about it that she told me she sent. Overall was pretty disappointed with Uhaul at the start but Sarah was able to set everything right and Eagle Garage turned everything around for me!Kate S.
