Francis L.The location and the Guy working there are great. but the truck was very dirty and need oil change, the truck is new, but no oil and the worker have to add one quarter.
Mohammed S.The u-haul truck experience was absolutely horrible. Every time we had to start the engine, it would not start, we had to jump it EVERY time and it was not even cold enough outside to warrant a block heater plug-in, which the uhaul did NOT have. If you're going to have a uhaul in alaska, there needs to be better maintenance on winterizing the trucks so we don't get stranded and have a bad day.
