The vehicle consumes a lot of gas. I drove just a short distance and I had to buy $17 gas. Had I gone to NYC I would have to own a gas station.

I pulled into this place. The man jumped into the truck and examined it and wrote the mileage down. We went inside and he told me I went over mileage and said I went over mileage and he without any further ado proceeded to charge my credit card $180+. He became very argumentative, rude and unsavory. I had to call uhaul to get this mess straightened out. Atleast the main office was very nice and to fix it.

Asked for 4-wheel drive pickup,told they had it.Asked"4-Wheel drive?"told yes 2nd time.Arrived to pick up,no 4wheel,Uhaul rep. said he doesn't know what that means.Bed full of snow.Tried to use,couldn't. Had to put in $6 of gas to avoid ridiculous fee.No more Uhaul for me

I did not inspect the engine compartment but please make sure the engine is clean and tuned up so that it does not consume too much gas. I paid more than $15 for gas just to drive a short distance. You may consider switching to all electric pickups from one of several manufacturers. Other than that, everything went well.

I was met in the parking lot and directed where to unhitch. He helped unhook the trailer and waved me away with the friendly gesture and te Handed me for using Uhaul.

We were called a day before to advises we had to go 40 minutes out of the way to pick up the truck. It happens. But the guy on the phone agreed to 30 miles added to make sure we weren't punished for it. We got to Warrenton- the miles weren't add and the guy was initially very clear he didn't care what uhaul agreed too, it wasn't there it and it's not his fault we had to go to his store for the truck. His view point point was his job only focused on miles from his location to the manassas location. He finally offered 10 miles, while reminding us it was coming out of his profit, and wouldn't you know it- we were a few miles short at the end. It's not much to pay for the extra miles but moving is expensive; every dollar counts.

The trailer needed a thorough cleaning to remove embedded black grime. Broom clean is not good enough. Dirtiest U-Haul I've ever rented. This old trailer with faded, cracking paint, incandescent lighting, rusting door latch, and grime throughout the inside needs to be retired or refurbished.

The vehicle wasn't cleaned/sanitized (someone else's receipt and gloves were still in there); the truck's engine light was on and stayed on; the truck hesitated numerous times and I was worried that it would break down. The Attendant was made aware, she then contacted the manager and the manager asked that I take the vehicle because they didn't have anything else available, so I did. No adjustments were made for the issues I experienced. Also, I requested to delete the damage coverage before I signed the contract and Attendant couldn't find where to delete it. Disappointed and taken advantage of:(

1. Make it so that repeat customers can store the drivers license image to their account, and not have to upload it for every rental. 2. Make it so that check-in is fully automated for repeat customers, so that there is no need to stand in line at the counter when picking up a rental. 3. Stick with swing out doors instead of roll-up trailer doors. Roll-ups take up too much room inside. 4. Increase the height of the larger enclosed trailers enough so that a refrigerator can be transported.

I have used this Warrenton location many times (my son moving to various apartments over the years), and the man who runs it is incredibly nice and friendly, but when I went to pick up the truck he had no furniture dollies, which is just completely unacceptable for a UHaul location. I had booked a helper and a day off, and so it was too late to change, and I hurt my back having to lift desks and chests of draws that could not be handled by a porter's trolley. If you run out of furniture dollies you should immediately notify the customer and fund an alternative location for that customer. I can't tell you how upset about it I am.

My rental had damage to it and it seemed to have engine problems with a bit of heaviness when the gas pedal was pressed to accelerate. The u haul also was charged in additional 83.00 dollars which I was unaware of until it charged from my card.

Fix the truck's computer glitches or whatever caused the ABS warning light and the parking brake warning light to come on, along with a beeping alarm of some sort. Have the back of the truck swept and clean.

Convenient location. I like that it's at a gas station because it's perfect for filling up upon return. They have all of the needed moving materials that a dedicated U-Haul location would have. Friendly service.

Mobile app was difficult to use. It would have been faster to just walk in and do the pickup. The mobile app failed 10 times to accept a picture of the odometer on the return so I had to get the owner to do the check-in. Please spend some time on finding a way to improve the mobile app experience It is a good idea - but the execution leaves a lot to be desired and as of now it is still faster to do the transaction using the attendant instead of the app.

Fix and maintain your vehicles and if a customer brings a vehicle back 3 hours after the time of drop off not consider it a full day.

When I reserved the truck I asked gift two dozen packing blankets. The gentleman even had it on the invoice and commented on them. What wasn't in the truck were two dozen blankets.
