Please train them on proper customer service and to show them how to properly charge people. I was double charged and they yelled at me instead of listening to the customer.

It was difficult picking up as they seemed disorganized and unfamiliar with processes. They were courteous but it was obvious to me and another customer that they need major training in warrenton location.

U-Haul never gave me a dolly or furniture pads so my moving company had to wrap my stuff in blankets from my beds, I also had multiple other problems at pick up with the tire pressure being half of what it was supposed to not being able to get into my car on time and being late for the movers. When I returned the vehicle on time, actually earlier than on time, the next day they started calling me repeatedly over and over and over again to say I didn’t have the dolly or furniture pads and that was considered stealing....even though the moving company was booked through U-Haul and could easily verify that I had none of the equipment they needed. They are still calling and threatening to charge me and are charging me for gas 1/4 tank of gas $4 gallon even though it cost more for me deal with the stupid tire pressure issue and extra time for the movers because of their company’s problems. U-Haul is the worst (the movers were great).

Need more available staff and a sign indicating that this shell gas station on a VERY busy street is in fact the UHAUL drop off location would be helpful. Not being from the area, I missed the location many times even though I was using GPS and I had to fight TERRIBLE traffic just to get in. While hauling a trailer, it proved very difficult and had there been a UHAUL sign anywhere, which is what I was looking for, I would not have missed my turn and it would have been a much better experience. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to return the trailer and even afterwards, the employee, who was otherwise very nice, forgot about me and I had to wait even longer. This location definitely needs to step it up.

The trailer wiring didnt work due to a broken wire. even after pointing this out, they insisted it was my vehicles wiring. After they replaced the trailer the lights worked, but the employee forgot to tighten the trailer tongue on the ball. When i went to tighten it i was told it was his job and that it was already done....terrible service

the seats in the cab were very uncomfortable and could not accomodate my 6' frame as well as my passengers 5'!!" frame. It was the most uncomfortable 200 miles Ive ever experienced with a UHaul rental and I have rented many times over the years. I told the receiving UHaul man when I returned the truck but he did not acknowledge my comments. The seats are obviously broken or malfunctioning. As of now I would have no choice but to go to your competition. My back is still hurting today.

Will never use this location again. The guy said he was trying ti get a hold of me on my phone all day. Checked my phone, no phone calls from this number, Liar. Gave me a hard time about having the truck a few extra hours, which was approved by my pick up location, I even notified this goof ball after I picked up the truck in lancaster. Just wanted extra cash from me, gouged me for an extra day fee and insurance, what an ass.

When I picked the truck up in the morning, I had underestimated the mileage I was going to use that day. I told the attendant that and asked if I should change the mileage(we changed the time I was going to bring it back from the original time I had reported). She said no, that it would be adjusted when I came in that afternoon. When I brought the truck it, I was charged $59 extra dollars for additional mileage. I was upset that I was charged since I had been told it was not necessary to change the estimated mileage that morning. I feel as though I was not given important information when I checked the truck out that impacted my overall bill.
