Christopher GWe have rented 3 times and went the same miles and this time it was over 100 dollars and the gentlemen charged on my credit card 99 than said it he could only charge 90 but he said he put 9 on my debit but it says car wash and my bank put a hold on the card I went to the bank and saw the charges we paid 99 than 9 on my debit card I called back and he screamed at me not professional at all we had a different gentleman the first and second time but this time it was someone different those other times we paid around 72 to 80 dollars

JEFFREY SI was mandatorily charged the insurance on the truck, I wasn’t allowed to deny it even though I’ve got insurance! Plus I bought some mattress bags that were ripped from get go and couldn’t return or exchange them!!

CARLOS MEvery u haul I have rented over the past 3 yrs has needed wiper blades. White knuckle driving at night in the driving rain in a huge truck is not fun when you can't see.

WILLIAM NAccording to the UHAUL representative, he was unable to attach my car to the car carrier, but for $30, he would do it. A nice man helped for free and the UHAUL representative didn't double check if the car was installed correctly. When I arrived in SC, I was told it was not installed correctly. I was on my way to SC and the UHAUL rep called and said he left his phone in the UHAUL truck, which he did, so I turned around to give him his phone. He would not adjust the mileage, but offered 1 gallon of gas.

Lisa MTruck was in poor condition, lacked power, and was making an abnormal sound under acceleration. I think for $1 per mile (absurd) you can afford to maintain the equipment. Plus, can we stop with all the hidden taxes and fees? Just tell me how much it is up front! Hopefully this is the last time I ever have to use UHaul and your terrible business model.

Anita SI reserved my trailer months ahead to ensure availability, since my experience the previous year resulted in disappointment. This year I was less than two hours late and was charged a full days rent for the two hours. I protested but was told the local agent had no option due to “U-Haul policy.” I am trying to confirm if this is the case. My turn in the occurred at 6 pm on a Sunday. Other trailers were available so it is extremely doubtful that another rental was affected. Last year after reserving months in advance, when I arrived to pick up the trailer I was told that they only had one that was much larger than the one I requested and that I would have to pay the rate the higher rate. Since I had no alternative I was forced to take the rip off. I didn’t file for the U-Haul advertised $50 pay back if the reserved trailer was available. I will now file even though it late. The agent also informed me that he had my credit card number. I don’t like that as I have been given no reason to trust them. I wish we had an alternative. Each time I need a trailer I have to assess the likely ripoff and rudeness of the agent against the need. I strongly urge you to find a new agent in this town.
Darrell CThe $19.95 a day is false, my final cost for 3/4 of a day ended up being $108.+. You need to advertise correctly, 19.95 plus .79 cents per mile. The inside of the vehicle floor was dirty.

andres bThe guy renting us a moving truck/van lied to us about the mileage charge. When I took the truck back there was another guy at the store and he charged us an extra $40 saying that the other guy made a mistake and it’s my fault that I’d “didn’t listen”. When both my wife and I told him we NEVER got the quote he was talking about he started yelling at us and ignoring us. Do not go to this place! Very shady people
