Person who checked in truck seemed concerned about the passenger door but was still willing to rent the truck without getting this fixed. The truck was due to be rented in the next hour and it seemed that no one was at the shop who could repair the door. Dropped off at 8:15. We were told the truck would be rented at 9AM. Given the time and hassle we experienced, (broken seat belt, two locations 50 miles apart to pick up truck and trailer from, warped passenger door, inability to get representative on the phone when first renting the truck) I was surprised that we were charged for the extra day we kept the truck. I thought the representative offered us the day as a courtesy when I called to confirm which of the two drop-off locations (U-Haul had texted) was accurate.Mary Ellen Q.

I am a little older so using the app to pick up the U-Haul and drop it off was a little odd, but it worked out well overall. Everything was taken care of by Eagle.Diana H.

Give the hours that the pick up place is open. I am not tech savvy and I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 pick up and the place was closed. It took me an hour to figure out how to get the truck without an in person to help me with the pick-up. Very trying for me. Other than that all was well.Nora A.

And to say that my initial drop off was in the same city that I was moving to but then changed it to a city that was 30 miles out!!! Before this pick, Uhaul put me through the ringer. 3 week reservation turn into a fiasco. Your service personnel were inadequate, a 10:00 reservation time turn into 12:00 pm search and loss of money due to had hired people to help me. I need reliefJESUS L.

They close at 2:00 pm on Saturday, I was supposed to return equipment by 3:00 pm They just told me to park in the yard and leave keys in drop off, he never mentioned anything about $20 fee for returning equipment after hours, or that I could have checked the equipment in my self if it was returned after hours not too happy with the fees and or the service but equipment worked okGerardo M.

The description of 24/7 pick up was not entirely accurate as the options for pick up did not allow times between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. We had made an appointment the day before to reserve the truck but had to call in as we "missed" the window.Angel M.

I specifically chose online pickup to minimize contact with employees and avoid extended wait times inside. I was informed by the clerk that not only did that store not participate in online pickup, but the "entire district" did not due to many recent vehicle thefts. The clerk also did not wear a mask while inside and the plexiglass shield on their desk is not enough of a safety measure. The clerk was very friendly and professional, but this was not at all the experience I expected when I booked the van. I will stick to U-Haul only stores from now on.Bianca S.
