DEBRA WThe app & customer service skills! 1. I couldn’t do online check-in at home. App kept resetting. It doesn’t tell you that check-in needs to be done at the shop. 2. Greeting the customer and being polite is customer-service 101. The rep was fine but there is room for improvement. I don’t want to feel I’m waking to a towing trucking shop next time I walk into a Haul shop. Thanks for listening to customers.
