KELSEY MLady at check in seemed lazy or bothered to want to give decent customer service. As a first time customer it made this experience feel crappy, maybe it was the location/person. Drop off was a breeze. A gentleman just had me drop the keys off at the desk and that was it.
Angel REven though I called and gave all my info & credit card info, when I got there it still took 20 mins for the person to do my paperwork. I don't know if they were texting while they were signing me up., but they kept going from their phone to the computer back n forth. Seemed liked it took for ever
