There were many issues - first I booked a 6 by 12 trailer about 3 weeks in advance. The night before pick up I was told the closest trailer was 35 minutes away. Unacceptable to make me drive over a hour. I had to change to a smaller trailer which required multiple trips. I arrived at the location for pick up at 8:30am and no one was there. A person arrived 20 minutes late in pajamas. Then they said Uhaul is having sight issues and they couldn't log in. Finally got the trailer at 9:45am. Overall very poor service.

Make sure the purchased items are in the U-Haul. We did not have any of the moving equipment or furniture blankets upon pick up. Went back inside and told guy in the shop and he said I would have to drive across town to get them from another store. And then I get charged for too many miles… well yeah I had to drive further because I had to got get equipment that should have been there. Extremely disappointed in U-Haul and will most likely be trying out another moving service next time.
Sasha MPeople in the business weren't willing to stay and help me get the trailer hooked up. I'm on disability and had to try and to hook up the trailer by myself. I was also charged 165.00 dollars for and 1 day rent for a trailer that I drove 23 miles to go get and had to take back to this same rental location. Not happy with this experience and was way to expensive. Almost 7 times higher than quoted when reserving trailer. This business isn't disabled people friendly or they don't like white people. A gentleman saw me struggling to lift the trailer and stop to help. Because the business people weren't.
