The entire transaction was over cell phone. No personal walkaround. No damage was noted, mileage, and fuel were incorrect (i have rented from UHaul many times). There were moving pads on passenger seat, at least 50 more in cargo area and and a dolly that I had to return to point of pick up. Took too much time away from moving. I love Uhaul but this vendor was sketchy at best. When a vendor has a container on counter with "free condoms" then you know you sre at rock bottom. Sincerely, Pat

Drivers brake light not working, wiper blades are worn out. Gas gauge was not accurate and MPG on gauge was broken
Ronald Hinterior was not the cleanest. no one present at pickup location. barber shop. had to call a number to reach someone and instructed to get key out of lock box then attempted to charge more than quoted by $100. He was courteous and corrected amount.
Wolfdieter HSTOP CHARGING PEOPLE FOR EXTRA MILES AND GAS THE TRUCK WAS RETURNED ON TIME I CALL THE OWNER AND HE SAID LEAVE THE KEYS IN DROP BOX AND I DID SO...OUT MILAGE WAS 56.269...RETURNED MILAGE WAS 56.294 ...HAVE RECEIPTS FOR GAS ...WEEKS LATER IM BEING CHARGE FOR EXTRA MILES AND GAS ALMOST 100 MORE THAN I PAID THIS WAS A LOCAL MOVE
