Timothy SUhaul used to be the go to place for moving yourself. Since they started "farming" their business out to all these other businesses - there has been nothing but challenges. The trucks where they are supposed to - and, nobody notifies you until you arrive the morning of your move. Then, they find the truck you want 20 miles away - so, you go there to find out that business is currently closed. It's only by chance that the owner of that business stops to check on something at just the right - and, HIS willingness to help us get the truck we reserved - that our plans worked out at all. This is the 2nd time in two rentals that things did not work out as they should have - using UHAUL - and, I assure you I will find other options for our next move and for anyone that asks me about who they should use in my business. NOT UHAUL - unless they go back to working for a living and standing behind their product and services like they once did. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!
Daniel PThe uhaul company (corporate) text that’s sent to customers to return the rental vehicle should warn people ahead of time that they’ll need photos, it’s not a one-step process, and to hang onto the keys until completed.

dennis kYour Call Center Corporate Accounts Representative, Nannette is not very customer service oriented. Her tone and responses are as negative as they could be. This is a reoccurrence. You can tell she doesn't like what she does as it is very apparent.
MICHAEL BI was scheduled to pick up on Fri because they weren't open on Sat. Made a call, they were open on Sat so said I would be there on Sat instead of Fri. U Haul cancelled my order because I didn't pick up on Fri. I travelled 72 miles to get the dolly. I was able to get the dolly finally, thanks to to gentleman there.
Dane BThe trailer was filthy! Never has it been cleaned outside. The interior leaked water. Upon rental it was musty inside and wet. Upon drop off it was wet from a rain storm we had been through. Luckily, nothing was ruined! We had been short 2 moving blankets and didn't find out until later and they were closed. Not happy!!!

Kelly JEast central towing billed me for a fence i did not hit. However, the two representatives I spoke with at U-Haul were amazing. Literally polite and understanding. I believe their names were Yvette and Christine. Literally the best customer support I’ve had in a long time.
Bobby BWe turned the truck in and have received several bills since the original charge not sure why or what all the costs are for. Why charge us the day of return then charge us again the next day?? Tried to call to get a better understanding of what charges are for but Customer Service doesn't answer. Not happy! Truck cost WAY more than quoted!!

STEVE AI reserved a tow dolly for pick up in pine city. I arrived at best rentals in pine city to pick up. After about 20 to 25 minutes i was instructed to go to rush city to pick up the car dolly. I went to rush city and the person working did not know how to complete the transaction so i ended up waiting there for about 45 minutes for someone to show up and complete the rental. Overall i spent just shy of 1 hour 45 minutes at the rental place. After digging the car dolly out of the weeds i had to go buy an adapter for the trailer lights. I would say my overall experience was very poor for the price i paid to rent it and the amout of time i spent trying to retrieve it. I do not think i will be renting from uhaul for some time.
Duane VRush City Mn U-Haul was top notch, I was welcomed into the store with a smile and hand shake from the gentleman running it. Everything was explained, questions answered, and they went above and beyond the call of duty when I messed up the lock on the truck!.
KATHLINE MThe staff was friendly and helpful, but I was very dissatisfied with the trailer.The tire on the trailer had a defect. I had to stop twice to put air in it. Also, the brake lights on the trailer kept shorting out.
valarie vWhen I arrived to pick up the truck - it had been sitting for two months not being used. So the owner had to jump start it to get it running. This took 1 hour.
