Peter UFind a way to send the trucks out with a full tank of gas to minimize confusion for everyone- I drove the truck 47 miles & for 45 of those miles the truck was empty- I added over 5 gallons of gas upon returning to Livingston-The 20' Box Truck is rated for 10 MPG but even at 8 MPG I should have been good to go-My driver assured me that the fuel gauge had returned to its original position after refueling-However, I was charged $14 for 3 gallons of gas after returning this truck- I do not believe it took 8 gallons of gas to drive this truck 47 miles-I am not blaming anyone specifically because I know standard fuel gauges can give false readings from time to time, especially in extreme weather conditions-& that arguing over fractional readings of a fuel gauge is a slippery slope-

Vicki MDid not take long to complete the rental. The trailer was very clean and well kept.
SALVADOR NThe outside of the truck was dirty with lots of dead bugs. It was also parked in an area with overgrown weeds that I had to step through to take the conditional photos. The lady who helped me with the paperwork was extremely friendly. There were some safety issues experienced during the drive with the doors hard to shut and the windshield wipers need to be replaced.

RONALD RWhistler Towing, where we dropped off the trailer was excellent! The staff here have helped us before with other issues we've had when we've been in Montana and they are really fantastic. Great customer service and a well-run business. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future! We also appreciate that they showed us how to properly hook up the trailer because the place where we originally picked up our trailer in Maryland did not properly hook it up.

JACQUELINE SCharging me $30.00 surcharge for 2 gal of gas on a truck that the gas gauge is hard to read, and no assistance with Auto transport because U-Haul asked me to deliver to a location other than White Sulphur springs that does NOT handle auto transports is criminal. Very disappointed that U-HAUL corp is not more informed/organized.

RANDY HThere was no one out at the return area - which made backing into a space rather difficult (as I'm not used to backing up a large trailer). Unfortunately, I didn't do the best job of parking it - however, I'm sure they'll be able to get around it.

Gavin CFix your website! It has had the same loading/ lagging issues for over 12 years!! Everytime I rent I get tense because I know there's going to be a problem. This last time I had to call the company to make the reservation. It is not easy at all!!

casper rFinding the correct door(office) to go into was the only slightly difficult part. Everyone at the location was friendly and helpful. The service was quick. The parking lot had plenty of room to maneuver a 26 foot box truck around.
