The facility was closed when we dropped off the truck, but the manager called the day before to explain where to leave the key in case we arrived after business hours. The location was excellent: easy to drive into, plenty of parking, and an easy drive back to the Interstate.

James K.Trailer lighting was an issue, but once discovered a tech was quickly assigned to resolve the issue. It was discovered the issue was a going to take a period of time to resolve so another trailer was given to me and it worked out fine. Whistler did a good job resolving issues that accompany those day to day incidents. on the other end of my trip, I could not get the app to accept photos for my early bird drop off, U-Hual needs to work on the app, not the first time I have had issues with it.
