The process was quick and easy. The truck was completely cleaned. The paperwork was very clear and so were the instructions. Have done business with them a few other times before. I would use them again and recommend them.

REED LThis location is not acceptable for mobile app use as there is limited signal. Not the fault of the location. However after it took me 30 minutes to check in to my rental, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get the additional equipment I had rented, the appliance dolly. And to have removed equipment I hadn’t checked. This put me 30 minutes behind schedule.

Charles HCheck engine light was on when I picked up the truck. It drove fine for the most part however I did feel the engine "heaving" from time to time. The AC would stop blowing anytime I went up a hill. This truck needs to come out of service.

Harold TThe location was fine; however our pickup location was changed twice. The last time it was changed was at 7 pm the night before we were to pick up the truck and the location was 45 minutes further away. That was a problem because of trying to coordinate with the moving help, the additional miles, additional drive time, additional gas and additional stress. That was 100% the fault of U Haul because they extended the rental period of the truck we were supposed to get.

Austin SThis pick up location was excellent. However, the Uhaul experience before I found this location was terrible. I reserved a truck at my local Uhaul, Stephen’s Auto Servive in Fairview. The day before my reservation, Uhaul called to redirect my reservation to a dealer 20 miles away. The next day, when I drive 20 miles one way, the dealer, Pegram Auto Parts, tells me that my reserved truck had been rented to somebody else and they couldn’t be sure if it would be returned in time for my appointment. I drove the 20 miles back home and had to frantically find another location to rent from. Totally unacceptable treatment—I will return to Ryder next time!!
Gary WMy overall experience was terrible. We needed to make another load but reverted to using my 16 ft. trailer, our Yukon XL and a truck. If I had it to do over, I would have used those the first load. Doing so would have saved me a lot of money, time and stress. Could not pick up when scheduled and ended up costing more than twice what I was initially told when we logged in to pay. Caused a lot of stress with my family by putting us a day behind in moving. Someone will come along with the money and put U-Haul out of business. The people at the individual locations were nice but there seemed to be a tedious and loooonnnng process to reserve a truck and communication problems between the rental location and the main office in Nashville. Since my experience, I have asked other folks and their experience has not been much better. Sorry, to be so negative but I just trying to move my son to new location for first job - next time will consider and seek other alternatives. Customers are not always right but should be given much better service than I received.

Matt BCrystal Fitts at this location is truly amazing. She makes Uhaul rental a quick, clear process, and will answer any questions needed. That isn't a common trait at many Uhaul locations.

LYNETTE RPurchased moving boxes from this location and didn't use some of them. When I tried to return them, the representative said that they did not participate in the box buy back program. They said this was a voluntary program that they opted out of. So they sell a product but won't take it back.....not cool. Had to return the unused boxes to a participating location only to find out that it wasn't a cash refund but a gift certificate to use at U-haul. Once again...not cool. When I picked up the vehicle, it was dirty inside and out. There was mud all over the exterior, dirt and debris inside the box storage area, and the cab interior was gross (sticky stuff in the cup holders, trash on the floors, dirt everywhere).

Valorie BThese two women are abysmally disorganized, ill-informed, and scatter-brained. But the problems don't start there. They started at the U-Haul online reservation desk where I was sent on a fool's erand to the wrong location (my local dealer didn't have the truck) and things wen't downhill from there, culminating with U-Haul trying to overcharge me. I won't be using U-Haul again.
BRUCE CI put the trailer back after hours . But I did talk with Cindy twice by phone . She was kind and reassuring that everything was alright. I appreciated her attitude and help .
theodore lThe truck that I rented didn’t have air conditioning. 1/3 of my trip was hot and windy from the driver side window being opened for comfort. Other than the airconditioning my trip was good. The truck was clean, and I didn’t have any mechanical problems. I would rent from you again, but next time I’ll check everything to make sure it works okay.
