I have rented trailers from this location a couple of times and staff is always friendly and professional but location appears understaffed. I can never get through on phone without lengthy hold times it seems and if there are customers ahead of you when picking up or dropping off you are also faced with lengthy wait times while paper work is completed and equipment is retrieved due to only a single staff member, at least all the times I’ve been there. The early 4pm closing time is also inconvenient.

Dale JThe fuel measurement is ridiculous. I went 14 miles, put in $20 of gas and was still charged $9. It should be based on a full tank of gas not the measurement of an analog gage.

Todd SGood place to pick-up your truck. We arrived earlier and were able to get the truck on time. Additionally, we received a discount because we were picking up from a different location. Overall, very good experience.
Murad BI was charged a cleaning fee of $5 for an open trailer that was used on pavement. The little hidden charges for cleaning and an adapter for the electrical plug are something that will drive me to search out a different rental company next time.

Vincent MAt the time of pick up it was very busy with many customers at the same time and so the pick up process took longer than expected (almost 40 mins) considering how much information was required to book on line. Also the return instructions were not quite clear and this process took a bit longer than expected. Finding room to park in the lot after hours (6:00 PM) was quite a challenge because of many vehicles being returned at the same time. I wonder if extending the return hours on the busiest days might help with some of these challenges (return process & parking).
Steven HThe van we were given has a lot of issues that need taking care of. Check engine light was on, tire pressure monitor light was on, it has belts that squealed from the second it was turned on and never stopped. Luckily we only drove it within city, if someone was given this van for a highway trip they could have been in for trouble.
Darby SFuel was under the F and when I filled uo ut was over the F so I paid for the last person’s fuel. I wasnt told about the text to review and upload pics of the truck when I left to get the truck. It was a cube van instead of a van, but I was in a hurry and couldn’t go back to fix it.

Richard BThe local branch service was good as usual. But the truck engine light was on the whole time in our 5 hour usage. And the windshield needs replacing from some previous impact. Also, this truck is obviously from America, making the secondary KPH speedometer reading VERY hard to read on this sunny trip because the digits are quite small and shaded.
Mathew VThe entire uhaul experience with edmonton and calgary locations was horrible. Multiple times I was given false information about drop off. I was given a 100$ “discount” for the inconvenience of picking my truck up FROM THE CITY I AM MOVING TO and the fuel for the extra trip was over 100$ anyway. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend any uhaul location or service in the future.

Glen DMy comment is with U-Haul in general. I chose U-Haul because of the one way rental policy. Instead I was informed at this location that I had to return the dolly to the same location. This was not outlined on the website when I booked it the day before. Had I known this I would have booked at a different location close to the destination since I was starting from that area. Instead it caused me an additional 8okms and 1 hour of travel and time. Not happy! Please make sure you disclose everything for online bookings.
Ian HStaff was wonderful, however the trailer had issues. We rented a vehicle hauler and the ratchet straps that go over the front tires were not long enough to reach the actual ratchet....also one of the tires was completely bald on the inside. Overall just didn't seem very safe.
