In the message about the after hours drop-off, it would have been helpful to know that the key drop is at the entrance off 309. I came in from Reservoir Rd, as per the instructions in the text I received, and I had a hard time finding the drop box.DAVID F.

The location, East Penn Storage, was fantastic in helping with everything. The main U-Haul company, specifically customer service (with the exception of Cory, who was great), was horrendous. We had issues returning the cargo van rental through the app this weekend. The app would not work correctly and crashed a few times. I attempted to contact U-Haul customer service, who disconnected me twice after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and 70 minutes, respectively. U-Haul needs to both fix their app, and get better with customer service calls. Would definitely go through East Penn Storage again for rental, but would never depend on U-Haul customer service and tech again.Marc R.
The fuel gauge was at 1/4 tank (we took pictures). I was checking in via phone, a process that took nearly an hour (which cost me extra money because I was late for the movers). The key was supposed to be in box 2 â€¦. It wasn't. Had to spend another 15 mins on the phone with someone and we found the key in box 1. I requested 2 packs of moving blankets â€¦I got NONE. It was dark by the time we got to moving and there was NO LIGHT IN THE TRAILER because there was NO LIGHTBULB! Really not happy with this experienceMichael F.

The location is quite inconvenient with no place to park when you first arrive (you have to park once your fill out all the information in a gate area after that. The truck had then engine light on and we drove back and we were told it was fine. The truck drove awful and was rattling away. It was scary at times.DONNA D.

Better tracking of order for return and I believe there were additional mileage charges. According to check out bill emailed if you take the out/in mileage its under the 77 miles that was included and there were additional charge listed. Truck was brought back with almost 3/4 tank of gas and he was no help as to refunding any money towards gas.SO for that you are welcome for the half tank of fuel since we were given a truck that was damn near empty.Darren G.

The location and people were great. Absolutely hate the 24/7 pick up system. It did not work. I also called u-haul. I spoke with a very helpful woman, who transferred me to another woman who has no clue what customer service means - she only knew the words no - can't do that! I had no other option but to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours until the office opened. It made for a very long and stressful moving day!Michele P.

I rented this truck with a dolly and utility dolly well in advance. The day before I got a text message saying that neither dolly was available. I called the 1-800 number thinking they would make it right and have a dolly taken up to the truck and that was not the case. I was told that I could go to another uhaul location that was 11 miles each way and pick one up. Terrible experience. I was in a time crunch and did not have the time to go there after getting the truckDavid A.

The location was great and very helpful but corporate could use some work. Uhaul advertises 24/7 service yet I rented a truck without a prior reservation and was told another location had the vehicle transport we needed, which was okay, we understood due to being last minute. They said they would hold it and it was reserved for us. We drove to that location and was called when we were more than halfway there that it was no longer available and that we had to backtrack and go 40+ miles to another location. All in all we ended up driving 33 miles more than our allotment. I called the main uhaul # explaining that I went to Uhaul to help get my broken down car home from a weekend away and about my experience to see if I could get the miles reimbursed and they refused. I ended up paying the extra gas and miles for the added runaround and they couldn't care less, just told me some story about a guy in canada who drove 400 miles.Michael B.

The employee when I returned the truck was very dismissive, just told me to throw the keys on the counter. Then called me an hour later with an attitude saying where are you you're late you need to return my truck. And then didn't even apologize after he realized I returned the truck on time.
