How U-Haul Reviews WorkYour surcharge and subsequent charge for gas is getting old. Every time I rent I put gas back in and every time I’m charged a $30 fee. No more Uhaul. I’m so sick of the price gouging. Will do another company next time.
ROBYN GNot enough space for parking during off hours
Grace HI switched trucks three times. The maintenance and age of the equipment is horrible. Each truck had mechanical issues. Each truck well over 100k miles. It’s been a long time since I rented from U haul and this was shocking. The last trick I ended up using has steering rack issues handling issues and sharp aluminum shaving that stuck my hand on the ramp where is connects to the truck. The interiors where all a mess from beverage spills sneezing etc the steering wheel on one was so sticky and degraded. I could go on but I’ll stop here.
