When I picked up the truck, I had some issues getting the key via the online pickup system. Maybe more clarity on that process ahead of time. The truck had nearly an empty tank when I picked it up. But when I made it known that it he tank was empty and I filled it, the location immediately gave me a refund and were excellent. The customer service from the locations staff totally turned my opinion of the location around. Well done! I will gladly use you again now knowing how the online pick up system works!

Inside cabin was dirty. Overall pricing was ridiculous. The per mile travel charge plus the rental cost me more than double the amount of the item I was picking up. From now on I will be using a different company.

There was combination lock on the door different from the keyed one hanging there. If I had not spotted it before I left the lot and got to the load site I would have wasted a lot of time and mileage. Thankfully, the office person was able to remove it so no harm was done.

I was delayed because my alternate phone number was somehow not working. Seems like I could have completed my transaction without an alternate phone number, which would have saved me a 1/2 hour.

Have after hours receptionist know details about returning a vehicle at that time. Was not made aware of a drop box, therefore, had to return vehicle at another time. Inconvenient, when it could have been avoided.

The return process was awful. I couldn't get the return on my phone to work and was on hold for over 15 minutes until I could get someone from Uhaul customer service to help me.

I can not describe how easy this was. The pickup was easy, the technology (texting me) worked well, the store person called me to see if there was a problem or if I needed directions. (I was a little late)

It was hell to get a truck. I ended up loosing so much moving time and I was late to pick up an item. I personally feel I should have been reimbursed for the truck. I was paying people to help me move and lost over an hour of that time yet still had to pay.

The touchless mobile pickup experience was clearly not thought through. It was not touchless at all. We had to go into the store lobby and the keys were not even in the lockbox. They were behind the counter. The entire process of taking a picture could have been done ahead of time. Will not recommend this.

Hi, first time we rented a U-Haul. Great experience. The lady at the East Rochester U-Haul on 115 N Washington was the best! She helped with all my questions and got us a U-haul when another Rochester location lady was very rude and said I was crazy to call when I did etc. She lost business! Went back to the 115 N Washington lady and she was absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you!! Leslie Irwin

The way you charge for gas is terrible, at least in my case. My truck started with 1/2 tank of gas. When i tried to replace that amount as required I kept checking the gauge trying to get it to 1/2 full the dial then jumped to 3/4 full costing much more than required. Why not charge by the mileage for gas.
