Please conspicuously display the Vehicle empty weight (with a full tank of gas). The Gross Max weight is plastered all over. But this only helpful if the renter know the empty weight. Only this way can the person know the net load. Not showing the empty weight can hurt the vehicle, the customer, your company, other vehicles and cost to everyone.

TIMOTHY CThe right turn signal for the trailer did not work. They had me drive to another location for a quick potential fix, but we didn't have any luck. I was surprised they let me drive off the lot with the trailer that had a turn signal out because we were hauling a vehicle on it for 1,300 miles.
