It took an hour for the employee to figure out how to check me in for my rental. His english was very poor so he could not communicate to us what was happening. Terrible customer service skills. He spent this time on the phone with someone trying to figure out how to work the iPad check in. During this time, he changed my pre set rental drop off location which resulted in me being charged $150 more than my original contract. He would only address my boyfriend even though it was my name and credit card was on the rental. I would not recommend this location for uhaul rentals!

Rudy V1. Upon initial pickup for which I had reserved the truck with 48 pads and an appliance dolly, I was informed by the rental agency (Tin Cup Marketplace in Golden, CO) that they had no pads – sorry but no pads available. They apparently said they removed the pads charge from my initial reservation – the original amount charged under reservation no. 26023125 was $313.86. The amount I paid was $272.30 at the time of rental for the truck and the dolly. I had to go to another uhaul location, also in Golden (15500 W Colfax – they were VERY helpful and professional) and had to rent the pads separately from them under a separate contract for $41.80.
Peter LIt was a convenient store location with a kind staff member that helped us The staff member was super nice. He answered the phone when I called to confirm. There was an issue with the Uhaul app, so we were waiting in the store for a while and the staff member clearly explained the issue and was pleasant in eventually releasing the Uhaul to us.
Tyler LU Haul representative was knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, helpful and save the day for us.
