Enid MSome people are not really familiar with the app version and are "old school". It would be nice to have someone check the truck with the customer before and after the rental to avoid misunderstandings (such as the misunderstanding with the gas, which was resolved, but still annoying). Also, to make sure the inventory is up to date. We got the truck at the Sunoco station because the original place we reserved online didn't have the truck we reserved and they sent us to the other location. Other than that, everything else was really good.

Mary PPerson at the counter seemed confused about us returning the uhaul. Didn’t ask us for any information or do anything to assist us besides take the keys. Glad I did the online return form just incase things were not properly taken care of by location staff.

NEAL OTried to rent via mobile app. Rec'd message that my session 'expired'. Had to go inside for help, but only one cashier (?) to help all customers so had to wait for him to call a manager (?) who was able to complete my checkout although my contract showed the incorrect mileage. I sent a photo, but the mileage out was never fixed. I filed a complaint and an on-line rep said he fixed it, but it looks like he added miles due to an additional days rental, but unexplainedly is that the miles were never changed. I can only assume that what I was finally billed may be correct.
STEPHEN CThere was no Dropbox located at this site. The only available box required a code in order to drop the key which was not given. So I dropped the key with the store cashier.

Marcus Bthey did not do a check of the truck when I dropped it off. They did not asked any questions like is it like you got it clean and is the gas gage the same as when you got it.

Angelia Bwas told the first truck I tried to rent had a ramp, found out when i got it to my location it did not. I went back and got a truck with a ramp, but it looks like i got charged one day for it anyway.
