Tried to rent via mobile app. Rec'd message that my session 'expired'. Had to go inside for help, but only one cashier (?) to help all customers so had to wait for him to call a manager (?) who was able to complete my checkout although my contract showed the incorrect mileage. I sent a photo, but the mileage out was never fixed. I filed a complaint and an on-line rep said he fixed it, but it looks like he added miles due to an additional days rental, but unexplainedly is that the miles were never changed. I can only assume that what I was finally billed may be correct.STEPHEN C.

There was no Dropbox located at this site. The only available box required a code in order to drop the key which was not given. So I dropped the key with the store cashier.Cynthia E.
