Some people are not really familiar with the app version and are "old school". It would be nice to have someone check the truck with the customer before and after the rental to avoid misunderstandings (such as the misunderstanding with the gas, which was resolved, but still annoying). Also, to make sure the inventory is up to date. We got the truck at the Sunoco station because the original place we reserved online didn't have the truck we reserved and they sent us to the other location. Other than that, everything else was really good.
