Until this pick up I did not know that uhaul partners with other businesses, so it took me a while to see the very small sign "Uhaul" next to the very large sign "Vape". The only attendant in the mostly "Vape" shop was able to run through her uhaul tasks, but was clearly not focused on uhaul customer service. I had recently had a blowout on a rented trailer, and when I shared my concern to see how I could handle if this should happen again, she said "$7, roadside assistance is $7." I figure $7 wtf no problem, but for the sake of this review, you might want to consider what that looks like - I have a blowout on the world's cheapest tires that you put on these trailers, and to get uhaul support in the middle of my 2500 mile drive, I better have paid $7, after paying $1200 for the trailer. Anyway, back to the Vape girl - I don't really believe that this focus was her fault, after all she could not attend to me outside with the trailer when no one else was minding the store, inside. She hooked up the trailer, told me there was a link on my phone, and I could do the inspection of the equipment myself. While I was there she did not have any other customers. I had expected to pick up the trailer at my local Uhaul facility. I had gone into this one, in Santa Clarita, a few days before to make the reservation. I saw that they had a few, and believed I would not have a problem. I was very disappointed to have to drive to the Vape store in Palmdale on my pick up day. I lodged my complaint, and the reservationist gave me an extra day - lame exchange for 70 miles out of my way. When I did my inspection of the trailer I found one of the tires to only have 20psi. The other 3 were all the same at 60. This was a concern that the vape girl was surely not going to be able to help with. I went to a gas station and got it to the same pressure. Then I went to the real Uhaul facility in Santa Clarita to have them check it out. They seem very competent there. They did a wet bubble check, and asked me to keep an eye on pressure. I did and it was fine, but if it had not been, I am sure they could handle swapping out the tire.

JOEL BI have no comments about this facility. However, I do about the previous facility that was going to rent it to me. The gentleman was rude and not helpful when he called to tell me that the Uhaul I had reserved wasn't going to be there on time. He even told me no one in the area had a u-haul for reservation, however, this EZ Mail N Biz had one.

Anthony rUsing only text messages to send your Driver License and to verify the equipment license plate and condition needs to change. Email and pen and paper should be an option as well since not everyone has a smart phone. I checked the equipment out at 0945 and did not receive the text messages until 1400. The location had to use their cell phone to take a picture of my Drivers License and I had to take a video of the license plate and trailer condition.

DUMAN AThe truck drove poorly and had issues shifting gears (from drive to park etc.). The women who did the rental was rude and seemed she could care less about helping me. I would not recommend this site to a friend.

DON WPick up and drop off are in the back of the store front of a strip mall. Nothing identifies the back door for drop off. Perhaps a small sign could help.

MARY HWe had a little issue loggin to drop off uhaul after we were done moving. We did finally manage to log in but was confused to do drop off. Website should have one simple drop off page dedicated to it and once clicked in should have a confirmation number. I wasn’t sure if I did it right ( I had a check in time which was 1:30pm, drop off was scheduled for 8:00pm) because no notification or confirmation. I left the uhaul where I picked it up and dropped off the key through mail a lot due to after hours at 12 noon they closed.

It had wild dogs roaming the streets, the vendor never showed up, I had some strange lady jump in my truck because the dogs were chasing her. I was supposed to pick up the trailer first thing but because of the delay, the dangerous dogs, the other customer and the horrible wait times on uhaul 1800 number, I ended up being delayed by three hours. Unacceptable. This was an abysmal failure
