This location is dirty, smelled of marijuana and the clerk was unprofessional. When I came in to return, she took the keys and said “I will let the boss know you dropped”. I asked if we needed to inspect together (because I wanted to point out a gas issue). She said there’s was no need, the “boss would handle it”. I guess he did, they charged me for gas and for cleaning. When I picked the truck up, there were 23 miles to empty! When I dropped it off it was 28 miles to empty. The only reason I had a truck this large was because they didn’t have a smaller one where I picked up! I moved a dining room table and book shelves that I had in storage. The truck was NOT dirty! There was nothing left in the truck and it was returned in the same condition as it was picked up in- CLEAN with NO GAS! I will never use uhaul again. We have moved all over with my job and I have never had these issues. Thanks to the treatment we received at the drop off location!
MICHELLE MTwo of the three transport trailers didn’t work. Third one was dirty and had oil/grease all over it but worked, so I hooked up to that one.
Robert STrailers are parked down in a ditch are so hooking up the trailer kept wanting to roll backwards down in the ditch.

Cynthia HIn this case the attendant receiving the keys to the vehicle was nice polite and explained that the truck had been overdue which I knew and sent me a receipt probably as I exited the building. No further improvement was needed at this facility.

Vivian WThis was a rundown convenience store. The person who did the U-Haul service wasn’t even there. I was given a phone number to call while in the store and the transaction was done over the phone and the convenience store employee gave us the keys for the truck. Not a way to do business.

Charlie DNo one wanted to help they refused the drop initially. Lady wouldnt help nor call anyone i had to call uhaul to get help as i had no idea how to unhook and had to lift off the hitch because thats what i was told to do ridiculous considering it took a jack to put on.
Mark STruck was filthy, and I was over charged $200.00 from what I was told. Several trips back tgo the dealership to get this worked out. Cost me about 425.00 IN gas. Not very happy. John Stegall 904-219-3905

Ray SCROOKED SON OF A BITC H. I RETURNED IT WITH SAME AMOUNT OF GAS. CHARGED MY CARD AN EXTRA $60 FOR GAS. WAITED TO TWO FU CKING DAYS TO CHECK MY TRUCK BACK IN SO I COULD NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK FOR BRINGING BACK EARLY!!!! THEN LIED AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WXTRA $60 FOR MISSING GAS!!! THAT'S FRAUD!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY THIEVES! IM DONE WITH YOUR SHADY BUSINESS AFTER THIS. I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE FUTURE TO SOMEONE THAT WON'T SCAM AND STEAL FROM ME!
Linzy BPicked up the truck on 4/3/23 around 10 am . Returned the truck on 4/3/23 around 6 pm . And was charged for 2 days . Didn’t even have the truck 24 hours ! Will be reporting this fraud !

Sondra WWhen I picked up the u haul, they accidentally gave my 20 ft truck away even though it was reserved. They gave me a 26 ft truck for same price. It was a bit harder to load because of its size in an apartment complex with limited parking and small spots but it wasn't the end of the world. Mistakes happen. When I returned the vehicle, to a different location, I found out through customer service later, I was charged an extra $30 for gas even though I left it with more than was in it when I got it. I may be getting the money refunded. Won't know until it does or doesn't happen. Only have a picture of gas gauge when I picked it up so I guess it'll come down to return locations word if it wasn't a misreporting of the initial gas reading by this location in the paperwork. If the gas charge had nothing to do with this location I recommend it.
David PThe young man doesn’t know the the difference in ball sizes and tongue drop - he seems to be lacking basic knowledge of uhaul. Please educate - he seems very nice.
MARJORIE AI reserved a bigger truck, they didn't have it so gave me a smaller one. Then I reserved an appliance dolly, and he gave it to someone else. The truck itself was LOUD. He sounded like the muffler was missing.
