Have the truck filled up before handing the keys off. Also double check the equipment to make sure it is D.O.T suitable.

Was just told to park the trailer. No kind of paperwork or anything proving I dropped it off left me feeling a little uneasy. Wasn’t informed about returning it through the app.
Charles SOffice hours for Uhaul were 8 to 2 pm. Brought trailer back at 9 a.m. and was there until almost 10, clerk at store said that she could not accept return and we would have to come back when Uhaul guy got there after 3 p.m. Trailer was heavy and already had unhooked, did not have a way to hook and take elsewhere. Wife called Uhaul around 9 a.m. and spoke to Jennifer explain the store would not check the trailer in. She stated she would check in and we could go ahead and leave it there. Almost two weeks later , received a bill / charge for an extra day as it showed trailer was not checked in until 4:30p.m. after it had sat there all day. This location is horrible and there staff is unhelpful. The Uhaul rep my wife spoke to obviously never did manually check in as she stated Entire experience was unprofessional, time consuming and now I am out extra funds because of this mess. Would never recommend Uhaul and especially the Eastwood Discount location, woman that works there is completely unhelpful.
Kevin D…cab and cargo found a mess; first unit had low left front tire pressure; staff person(s) helpful but vehicle in unclean condition - I actually had to mop and clear slop found in cargo - also hand latch would not latch
GARY MAn improvement would be, find another company. UHAUL Schedule Department will screw your plans up!!
