What's up? I was told by website open until 12:30, when I got there guy said lucky we're open. My move was changed one day over Labor Day Weekend to Labor Day itself. The equipment was back by dinner. I was charged another 36 hours past that. I also filled the gas tank to slightly over 1/2 a few hundreds yards away...apparently check out was "9/16" and got whacked $13.50 in gas too. Over $500 to actually use a track for less than 12 hours???!! I did not know I had to do anything upon return. I'm aghast. You guys seem like a decent shop. Whether or not it's U-Hauls system or what, this is crazy. Sure, I might be an idiot, but now I'm an idiot out $100-200 more than anticipated--even with 1 extra day. I can't come back. Sorry.

Uhaul service was bad I got a smaller truck costing me more loads, trips and gas! Uhaul gave me bad service.

Service person was ver helpful. However the Van leaked. It was raining. Had to make extra trip to get new van. Place was closed. Had to buy tarp to protect furniture. Hoping for compensation
