How U-Haul Reviews WorkReserved a hand truck but none was there at pickup. Had to buy one. Would have been nice to know beforehand.
MEGAN RNothing!! My entire experience had been absolutely amazing!!!
Michael OEasy auto is awesome thanks
Peter CUhaul confirmed my reservation without confirming the equipment was available with Easy Auto. I arrived to find no equipment prepared and no one available to speak with because the business was closed (absolutely not their fault though). Easy Auto somehow and miraculously appeared and was able to help out with our reservation and offer a different equipment, thank god, but I would definitely recommend not utilizing Uhaul's online booking tool because they may give you false information about equipment.
