Seemed different than prior experience, entire conversation was based on the attendant expressing to us that we're charged for everything verse offering the use at a charge, seemed aggressive but our goto uhal place was out of trucks possible not using them again if can avoid

The lady that was there her customer service was not good at all she call me that day that i got Uhaul and was saying you need to bring Uhaul at 9 on Friday she was so rude in person as well she has no not even one bit good customer service I felt pressure by her and I felt that I was been rush I do not recomend her services

I phoned the location two days prior to picking up the unit, since the location was closed on Saturdays. Spoke to an employee and was assured about the check-in process by way of my mobile phone. Went to pick up the truck on a Saturday morning and the key was not where it was supposed to be. Tried calling the office number and there was no answer, so I left a message. I had also scheduled a dolly and it was not in the cargo area. Spent over an hour with a representative on the "chat" line then was able to speak with the area representative. He was very helpful and got me into another truck that was on the lot. The replacement was 5 ft. shorter and had no loading ramp. Had to make additional trips due to the length and had to load/unload appliances and furniture without a dolly or a ramp. Still have not heard anything from anyone from Easy Stop Storage...

This drop off location was great! Easy to find. An employee calls you ahead of time and goes over everything with you. Would be pleased to use again if we ever need to rent a UHaul in the future.

The truck we got had broken glass, crayons, and papers in the back. We cleaned this ourselves before we could put our things to be moved into the truck. There was a half of a tank of gas in it. We filled the truck to the same level. We also sweep out the back of the truck. It was clean! I received a message from the woman who runs this location. She claimed that the truck was not filled up to a half of a tank. Also she claimed that the back of the truck was dirty. My daughter called her to straighten the matter out. Your attendant was very rude when my daughter told her that the truck was filled and the truck was clean. My daughter also told her about the trash that was in the truck when we got it. She hung up on my daughter when she told her that we should not be charged extra. My account was charged $25.00 for cleanup and $10.00 for added gas. I don't know if this is a way for her to make extra money or what. However I personally will not do business with someone who is as rude as she is and has such a horrible business ethic. I know that this is my word against your employees and you will only side with your company people. In my opinion this is not the correct way to run a business. Thank you for your time.

The woman working at the Storage facilities was excellent. The online self service was useless and did not work. Called customer service and was pretty much told I was fucked. If it wasnt for the woman, mentioned, before, wouldn't have rented a truck. But this review I know will be ignored because no one really cares or and laziness prevails as always. Shameful customer service and such a pity people in small town are just limited to you people.

The hidden fees are so manipulative i paid 119.00 for a local move. I am a single mom with 2 smalls girls that is beyond ridiculous and the lady at the sight yveyte renteria could have not been any more ruder i would never never ever recommend this service to anyone.

Before leaving I called the store to make sure they wold be open, since it was 50 miles from the original drop-off location. We had received a $50 discount from the originating store to drop-off at this location and it was right off the freeway on our way back. When we arrived, the store employee said that we were not on the schedule to drop-off there and so we would be charged an extra fee. Needless to say, we were pretty upset and it took almost an hour on the phone with U-Haul to get the problem straightened out. The employee was super nice and did what she could to help us out. The only other issue I had was that after drinking a couple cups of coffee and an hour in the car, I had to go to the bathroom really bad when we arrived. When I asked if there was a bathroom I could use, I was told that their bathroom was not for public use....seriously? We were the only one's in the store and there were no other businesses close by, so I had to 'hold it' until the problem was resolved and still had to drive another 5 miles down the road before finding a gas station. I felt this was a little insensitive, considering their location and the situation. Had we been able to just drop the truck off, it would not have been a problem, but having to hold it for an hour was miserable. I was almost to the point where I was going to do outside and find a bush because I had to go so bad. Other than the bathroom standoff, she did a great job helping us get the problem resolved.

One day before scheduled pickup of truck, received a phone call informing us that the 20 ft truck was not available. We could only get a 15 foot truck. It was not big enough so we ended up having to take extra vehicles with personal trailers for the move. The lady in Plainview who was present for the truck pickup was late getting there so we had to wait. She was VERY rude & unfriendly. Definitely lacked customer service skills. Will NOT rent from this location again.

I talked to Tammy over the phone (great lady and great customer service) and she told me that the only place that had what I need it was 45 miles away. The place said it was open until 2pm on a Saturday. We drove the 45 miles from Lubbock to pick it up. We arrived at 11am and the place was close. I talked to Tammy again and she started to do the contract over the phone. Later the person in charged arrived saying that he was running an errant, but he was not trained very well. He had me waiting over an hour to sign the contract. He had to call Tammy to ask for help.
