David OYOUR RESERVATION SYSTEM STINKS. WE ASKED TO PICK UP TRUCK AT LEVELLAND BUT THE DAY BEFORE WE FOUND OUT WE HAD TO GO TO PLAINVIEW, WASTING MY WIFE AND I ABOUT 2.5 HOURS THAT WE NEEDED TO BE PACKING & LOADING. SAD TO SAY BUT THIS IS APPARENTLY A COMMON PROBLEM WITH UHAUL. WE HAVE HEARD THIS KIND OF STORY PREVIOUSLY. MY BROTHER & MY BUSINESS PARTNER BOTH HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THE TRUCK THEY HAD RESERVED.
RUSSELL PIt was ready to go and a simple process.
Gretchen MNot the pick up location we chose on our reservation. Had to drive 60 miles each way to pick up the truck.
