Everything was in perfect order, however, the man in charge of receiving the truck was very, very rude since it was raining at the time and he did not want to come out to validate if everything was in the same condition as it should have been delivered, without giving me any guarantee that something would happen to the truck outside of my responsibility. I find this very inappropriate since if I, as a customer, was late in the delivery, I would be charged an additional fee. Honestly, he was rude, his name is Claudio.
