Keep vehicles clean
JOSE BU-Haul instructed me to return the equipment to this specific location, and the drop-off address was clearly listed on my rental contract. When I arrived, the employee initially refused to accept the equipment. After I showed him the contract confirming that this was the assigned return location, he became extremely rude and disrespectful. He displayed a very hostile attitude and slammed the equipment onto the ground while handling the return. This behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way for simply following the instructions provided by U-Haul. I request that U-Haul investigate this incident, review any available security-camera footage, and take appropriate action. Employees representing U-Haul should treat customers respectfully and handle rented equipment responsibly.
