nothing very good rental
NICHOLAS PThey attempted to put an extra charge after I just put gas at this location of drop off. (GAS STATION) Didn't realize they have charged me till I was home. EXTRA CHARGE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!! NOR WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED AFAIN.. CHECK YOU STATEMENTS PEOPLE..
Vicente LThe gentleman that I received the keys from was very rude. I would ask him questions that he would not answer. He was very short with me. He made the whole process awful. I will never rent a U-Haul from this location again.

ZELLIA QThis was the worst experience ever, for all the years that I’ve rented from U-Haul, this was the worst. The minute I opened the door of cab, the floor and doorstep were muddy, as I started the truck I heard a sound in the back of the truck and thru the rear view mirror I saw a homeless man coming out of the truck. Walked around back and looking down at tailgate saw that their was throw up all over the tailgate and I went inside the store to tell how dirty it was and that a homeless man was inside they acted liked they didn’t care. Went to a car wash to clean the vomit of back of truck. Will never recommend this place to anyone I know.
ALBERT FGas very low on pick up, last thing we want to do is fill up gas and waste time on your one day few hour rental. No moving pads available even though I reserved moving pads. Very slow staff for pick up, and drop off… would choose another location.
Andrew DThe process was extremely long we left with a half a tank before reviewing the keys they already added the gas which was $109 but before they added the gas it was $69 we ended up putting $18 in for gas which put the gas tank back to what we left with it felt like they were trying to rip us off we like went 20 miles away which is 17 minute away and they want to much for gas communication was hard to as the man at the store didn't understand English fluently never again

Joann DThis is the second time renting a u-haul truck in two weeks and both times my pickup location was changed the first time it changed three times as I went to pick my scheduled time I was told that I had to wait till 1:30 pm or I could drive 45 minutes the opposite side that I needed to to pick it up. Yesterday 11/3/2024 location changed I called several times no one pick up the phone as I kept calling it directed me to leave a message because the person was unavailable. I left a message but they didn’t return my call or message me. The truck I picked up was making a lot of noise went back inside of the store notified the clerk telling him that something was wrong with the truck, the clerk said it’s okay we know just take it because it works, had to drive 2 1/2 hours with such a loud noise got a horrible headache and it smelled like fuel leaking lt was horrible and on top of it they made me pay for extra mileage because I had to go out of my way to pick up the truck with the changes they made feeling sick from this horrible ordeal. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO U-HAUL
Elia SI had asked for a utility dolly and there was not one in there and the guy at the counter said he wasn’t able to get one so now we have to rent a U-Haul truck again because we weren’t able to do what we needed to also he was very pushy about getting more insurance. We already bought the $15 one, but he practically met us by the other one too. I will never use this location again.
Sarah MThe The attendant and I had a communication problem. I could not understand his English, and he was getting frustrated with me. I had questions I wanted to ask him, but I realized with our communication problem I will not get or understand an answer.
Harry FThe person who helped me at the pick-up location did not know what he was doing, he had to call another person on the phone who I spoke to, to get things right and even after that, that same person messed up on the paperwork (which then when I dropped off the rental at my drop off location they told me that the rental was for local use only and that I was to drop it off where I picked it up, I told them that my contract was for a one-way rental) I had problems at the drop off location because of that one person that messed up the paperwork, furthermore I could not understand what he was saying because of his heavy accent, on top of that he took a very long time trying to figure out what he was doing. I will never go back there again, I rather drive a few extra miles to go to a regular U-HAUL dealership, I DO NOT recommend this place at all, save your time and frustration, DO NOT GO THERE!
MINERVA AI went at 8 because that's when they told me they opened, the guy had no idea what he was doing, they didn't even have the truck I had originally ordered. Then they told me I had to return the truck at 2:30 which my contract said return the next day. The guy said that we could change the contract for more money. I was in between dealing with the liquor store guy and another guy on the phone. Needless to say I was there for over an hour with me still having to return it by 2:30. I didn't get everything moved and still had to deal with the rest of my move without the truck I reserved. The guy kept ignoring my questions. I will never go to the uhaul again!

John SOther than being parked under pine trees so there was sap and needle on the engine hood and front window truck was clean. Only one person available for both the gas station and U-Haul pick up so did not get any vehicle orientation or safety brief, was just handed the key and told to find the truck by the serial number so the cashier could assist handling gas station and quick mart customers.
Michael WRequested additional equipment was not ready when we came to pick up the truck. They neither had the requested cargo blankets nor the requested appliance dolly-we had to make do with a utility dolly and improvised padding materials instead. Cargo straps lacked hardware for securing cargo within cargo compartment.

Dan OThis location was a very small gas station where I fueled up and went into square up and the gentleman said you can’t leave the truck there. You need to go park it in the back. I was wondering why I had to do his job and the place to park it was very precarious, just enough room for the truck. Now I am a professional truck driver but I couldn’t imagine someone who wasn’t having to park that big truck in that little space. And navigating around the fuel pumps to Park. It was an absolute joke. Then I go inside and he wants to charge me $19 more for over mileage when I bought the package with the bulk rate. The only reason it was over was because I had to go to another location to get my blankets and dolly and had to go , out of my way to a gas station to fill it up. I should not have been charged an extra $19 and I should not have had to do their job by parking the truck. When I disputed the $19 charge, he said that he couldn’t clear it and that he couldn’t call U-Haul because it was a Sunday. Needless to say, I was very upset at the poor service. I received all day long. I hope someone from U-Haul will call me back and refund part of my cost for all the trouble that I had to do And for doing the job of the U-Haul employees.

Gerald GThey did nothing to help with the trailer and the paper work took forever because there was only one person behind the counter as he was more concerned with getting ripped off then renting a trailer.
Clarence DWhen I arrived there was another customer dropping off a vehicle. There were issues with their return so the employee couldn’t help me disconnect the trailer nor complete the return process. I had to figure out on my own how to complete the return through the app. The biggest problem was the app’s location services didn’t work so I couldn’t complete the return for almost half an hour wasting time trying to get it to work. That issue needs to be fixed ASAP! Especially if there isn’t the greatest service and like my case the GPS isn’t working properly on your application. If you’re taking pictures of the trailer/drop off location already I don’t understand why you’re not allowed to skip that step and then have an employee verify after completing the return through the app. I arrived in plenty of time to complete the return but if I was there later it would’ve taken so long I could’ve been charged more due to your systems malfunctioning. There needs to be an easier way to return equipment/trailers through the app if the location services aren’t available. I’m extremely hesitant to use your equipment again or recommend it to others unless those issues are fixed.
