I put more fuel in than I was given, and I was charged for fuel. The vehicle was dirty, inside and out when I received it. There was spilled food/drink in the cab. Also, the check-in was unclear. I was given the keys and sent on my way only to realize shortly after that I had to take photos and check in on mobile. So I had to pull over on the side of the road to check into my vehicle.
