The person did not understand how to do the pick up. When I asked any question, he said you call uhaul. It took over 30 minutes to get the form filled out and get keys.

SAYEDZABIULLAH AHe did not want to fix the gas mileage on the paper and told us to just take a picture and show it to them when we drop it off the truck had less gas than what was on the paper
