Julias mThe truck is designed poorly. My husband had blisters on his hand from fighting the steering wheel. The seat would not go back, he was crammed in like a sardine.

DAVID BPlease make sure equipment maintenance is up to date. 10% left before recommended oul change, constant tire pressure monitoring system alert always on. A fan squeal also started up on the second day of the rental.

MATTHEW PDropping the truck off was so easy. We literally drove the truck into the lot, dropped the keys to the, office, and received our email receipt in under 10 minutes. Staff was personable, and very helpful.

STEVEN BThe was no gas in the truck when I first received it. I called the 18000 number and advise them of this. I also wanted to extent my contact for 2 hours and was told I had to pay for another whole day. Which I do believe taking the fact that I didn’t have any gas when receiving the truck that could have compensated for the 2 hours. I ended up paying for the extra day and keeping truck a lot longer then what I need it.

JOHN DI returned the vehicle the same day 11/20/25 at 2:23pm and my receipt states I returned the vehicle the next day 11/21 at 8:21 am. That is false. When I dropped truck off the man was talking on the phone and seemed bothered that I interrupted his phone call. The return experience was horrible!

KIM SNo directions on where to park at the “motel” so I parked in the marked and paved truck parking area. The representative was quick to rudely tell me that I parked in the wrong area… apparently, I was supposed to park in the grassy field.

EDITH PThis was the absolute best truck rental experience we have ever had! The process of making the reservation using the app was extremely easy and when we arrived for pick-up, the staff was excellent and Wanda and Dori provided over and above customer service! The truck was in great shape and the price was extremely reasonable! When we returned the truck, Hardick went over our bill and the process was straight forward and simple, with no surprise charges. I absolutely recommend using this UHaul location and we will definitely be using them again for any future moving needs!

Buren PThe prices are very deceptive. I paid $89 for 60 miles in-town only, returned to the same location, and was clean/timely/documenative of all requests. The smallest 10' truck advertises for $29.95 on the side, but I clearly didn't pay that. Also, the bill was not itemized to reflect the breakdown of the charges.

GUY BHave later hours for pick up. I would have picked it up on Monday, and then had it turned in within the 3 days(even though I turned it in on the 3rd day, just not exactly by the time). However, the pick up place closed at 3pm, and I work until 5.

Ruben HI reserved a tow dolly for two days, but I only needed it for one day and I was told that if I bring it back by 3pm the following day that I would only be charged for one day, but they went ahead and charged me for both days. Which, I was willing to pay for both days, but if you’re not willing to reimburse me for that second day when I do bring it back in the time that you told me to bring it back in, don’t tell me that I’ll get a refund but then you don’t give me that refund. very unprofessional
