The check in process, as a result of the U-haul system, is aggravating! 1. I entered all of the requested info into the U-haul website when I made the reservation. 2. When I arrived at the pickup location, none of the info was in the system for the person completing the rental. So, we had to go through that process again. 3. Your system asks for another contact person so, I supplied my wife's information. Your system would not allow her information. FYI, I will NOT EVER give you someone else's info other than my wife's because that's a privacy violation to the other person. 4. After we got through all of this process and she skipped the other contact, the lady was unable to print the contract because it said it was not completed. 5. I went on the website and did the express check-in and paid for the rental. The lady still could not complete the transaction. 6. I wasted 40 minutes on this process and then called U-haul. The representative gave me a $20 credit to my contact, which was a good effort but given the number of times I rent from U-haul, I would prefer to simply be able to complete the rental online and show up to get the keys or the trailer!

The area has plenty of space from people to drop off their U-Haul and use the self-return option through the U-Haul app. Great and easy location for doing returns.



The agents need to stop trying to pad the bill. This is the second time additional charges were assessed. This time, they tried to tell me I did not fill the gas to the check out amount. When I informed them I had taken pictures of the gauges before and after my rental, they backed down, however they did charge an additional two tenths of a mile mileage. I have become very suspicious of UHaul rentals because of this.

The sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable about why I was being charged for Safe Tow when I declined it because I have my own insurance. She wasn’t able to remove it as well and didn’t attempt to seek help on how to remove the charge. When I returned the truck a call was placed and I was told the charge would be removed but it wasn’t.
