Stop using run down grimy hotels and liquor stores to force your customers to pick trucks up at. Is UHaul too poor to afford physical stores now? Check engine light on the truck before I started driving it and the suspension was terrible.

Very dissatisfied with my reservation place. No truck available at that place. We had to go to Brooks to get a truck which caused a delay in moving. I was not happy because I wasn't aware that a truck wasn't available until I got there.
