I can’t think of anything I would say that needs to improve. My daughter broke down two hours away. I was able to locate and reserve the trailer online fast. Get to the location, hook up to the trailer and go get my daughter. Haul her car home too shop. Smooth and easy.

MICHAEL RUhaul has some mechanical issues n was dirty

Dana JI made the reservation online then the night before I’m supposed to pick it up the changed it to what I found out was a spot 40 something minutes away. And yes it was confirmed to be at the Jeff location at the time of reservation. I also was unaware that the trailer sat so high. I wasn’t even able to use it and it sat in the driveway over night before being returned. A complete waste of money and time.
