They are one of the worse U-Haul dealer that I have worked with. The aren’t well mark of where to drop off equipment off. I would not recommend this location for a U-Haul drop or pick up. Nor would I recommend it to family to stay at. Worse experience with U-Haul I have had and I have used U-Haul quite a bit in my 39 years!!

Am extremely disappointed with the whole rental process. Was charged double the amount then what was originally agreed upon, the rental manager never closed out my contract when I dropped it back off indicating I had the truck for 5 days rather than 3 hours, and now I’m waiting for a refund when I have bills that are needing to be paid and a child that needs to be taken care of. Very disappointed in the whole experience

Roger SThis was the worst experience that we have ever experienced. The agent had us there for almost an hour. He could not speak clear English and could not find our reservation??!!! Spoke another language in front of my husband and I while he was in the phone quite lengthy conversation while we waited for him to wait on us. I would never ever go back to that uhaul site ever!!! Terrible experience!!

PAUL CI was supposed to get a call Friday to confirm my appointment for Saturday but I never did then Saturday morning I showed up to the location and they didn't have my truck there so I had to drive across town to go to a store that did have one and after an hour of waiting on the front desk person I finally got the keys and I rented an appliance dolly with it to help with my move and they only had normal dolly's there which worked but not what I booked and not as useful
Chris PThe person there had the motel to take care of. He took care of the paper work portion. I needed to back the auto hauler into a spot that was very tight, using the 26 footer. I will say that they have a large selection of trailers for rent. You should be able to find one that fits your needs.
PAUL CI had a great experience with this location #56744. The manager ( Jaymin ) made it so easy and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about the service ,the location, easy access and plenty of room for parking. I highly recommend this location, Thanks to Jaymin
