I picked up at 8 am, returned at 9 am, was told it would be 2 day rental and was charged for 3. Over all very friendly at the counter and very efficient at the pick up. Had to use a guest at the hotel to get the 12' trailer off my truck.
Patricia BTerrible customer service. I booked through the app and should have only had to pick up and drop off my truck via the app. Both pickup and return required me to interact with the Econolodge worker, who made me redundantly jump through a ton of hoops before giving me, and later, taking back the truck. Receiving the truck took almost an hour, while returning it was 20 minutes. Since I used the app, each interacting should have been 2 minutes tops.
