This was my 1st time renting from this location and had a very good experience. Pete was very helpful answering questions before and during the rental. Tom the area manager was very helpful when I had some challenges with the mobile check in- site not recognizing my location services on my cell. Will definitely rent again!Steven L.

I went to pick up my rental and I couldn't because I chose to pick up at the counter and when I got there, the guy at the counter said I was registered for a 24/7 pick up. I called the customer service # and she had to said I was registered for a counter pick up. The counter person said he could give me a code and the customer service on the phone said I was a counter pick up. 45 minutes later .....customer service changes my order to 24/7 pick up so I could have a code to open box for truck keys. I was so angry and disappointed in the company. Then when I went to drop the truck off, I dropped the keys of because the online service at wouldn't recognize my location. I waited on the phone for 15 or more minutes for a representative to answer so I could let them know that I dropped the truck off. It was a frustrating pick up and drop off. I attempted to use the app for dropping off and it was difficult. After an hour, I left.Michele W.

Reservation system/process is poor, at best. No consideration for customer requirements or customer service. I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me, over two days later. I will try to avoid Uhaul at all costs in the future. Locations themselves were fine - it's corporate that is horrible.dan N.

Place is a scam. I drove the truck for a total of 8.2 miles TOTAL. But they said I drove it 10.0. I put one gallon in because the gas gauge didn't even move but they said I used a quarter of a tank of gas going just 10 miles and charge me 16.88 for 4.5 gallons of gas. I guess the trucks get 2 miles per gallon. I return the truck after 4 hours and left it outside Saturday. Get a call sunday from someone name Sandy saying I haven't brought the truck back and I was going be charged for another day. Informed the lady I brought it back the day before but she didn't believe me and said if I brought it back it would have been checked back in. So I leave work an hour early and I'm a RN so leaving an hour early cost me 38.20 in lost wages to drive to Uhaul because they would not answer the phone. I get there and the place isn't even open even when they said they are open till 4pm on Sunday. I call Uhaul back and tell them I'm here but truck is still where it was but no one is here. Lady said she would email regional Uhaul guy to check the place out the next day. They lied on how many miles I drove. They just rounded it up to the nearest 10. What are the odds I drove exactly 10.0 miles? Not likely....Plus to charge me for 4.5 gallons when I put in 1 gallon to cover the 8.2 miles I drove is a scam. The gas guage didn't even move going 8.2 miles but I put in a gallon just in case...... Total scam. Me losing out of 1 hour of work at 38.20 but being charged 16.22 for gas and for 1.8 miles I never drove. I'm out of around 56 bucks. The place wasn't even professional enough to be open when they are supposed to be. Unreal.... Stay away.....Terence P.

During the transaction, the computer was malfunctioning. Pete called U-Haul and a representative there promptly assisted him with the computer. The trailer worked wonderfully, as usual. It's good to know the staff at U-Haul is always ready to help!CHRISTOPHER D.

I would suggest that the people working at this location be educated on advising the customers of the per mile fee. My husband and I were not advised of the per mile fee and were shocked and u prepared when we were adv that we had to pay per mile. This was never discussed when we originally rented the truck. As a matter of fact the man who rented it to us told me I would have a refund coming to me when I returned the truck. This is very poor customer service and on my opinion irresponsible. It may only have been an additional $50 but as a single mom I count on every penny.crissy P.

I will never use uhaul again. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a pick up in Plainfield ct. Day before I am told pick up will be in Columbia ct. That is an hour away from my house. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with uhaul. Luckily I was able to get one in Coventry Rhode island, but still it was a half hour away. I will never recommend uhaul and I will never use them again.Christin P.

Our rental and return process was simple and went well, but when returning truck to drop-off location, there was no indication on where to leave it and the business was gated off and we couldn't get it. Signage of some sort would have been helpful. Our truck's roof also leaked in the rain and got our belongings wet. There was literally a puddle in the truck.SARAH W.
I didn't catch the name of the man working there, but he was very accommodating to us. If I ever need a U-Haul trailer I would not hesitate to use their services again and I told him as much. Originally I went to another U-Haul store in Coventry and was told there were no trailers available in the state of RI! Five minutes later I called Economy Heated Self Storage and magically found one!JOSEPH R.

We had to go to this location because the original location didn't have the truck. The original location also weren't there at the time they supposed to be. Our pick up time was 8:30, we were there at 8:40 and had to wait for 10 more minutes. Then another 10 minutes to tell us they didn't have the truck. Overcharged. Called location and was told that I returned the truck with a quarter tank of gas, when it was returned with a full tank. After spending 45 minutes on phone with corporate, they called back and I was told that the employee read the gas gauge from the outside of the truck, rather than getting in to do so. four days later and still have not received my refund, from that OR from the original amount billed, which was more than what I had estimated.Jessica F.
